Tomoyo + Nagisa - WHO DIDN'T CRY WHEN SHE DIED OH MY
Louise + Saito - I really enjoyed familiar of zero and these two had there ups and downs through out the series with saito confessing countless times to her..
Mai + Yamato - Say "I love you" such a great amime if your looking for romance these two were really in love <3
Himiko + Sakamoto - I love btooom! I really want a season 2 so we can see them off the island.

These are the only ones I can think off. off the top of my head I'm sure there are more but these are my more memorable ones

But the one that comes the closest for me is Shimizu and Goro from Major. I loved both characters and it was a truly enjoyable experience to watch them grow as people and in their relationship. (CR Please bring this anime back!!!)

I don't mind them, and if getting a significant other is important to a character arc then I'll root for it to happen if I feel like it, but there are few cases that I'm actually a fan of a specific couple. However, there was a (tragic) one that came up for me last year. And that's Saki and Shun from Shin Sekai Yori.
