PSN Maintenance Scheduled For March 4th 2013

I'm sorry you're having issues with the app. The ones in our office run fine. My personal one at home runs fine. When I ran a convention in Atlanta last year... it ran fine. It's really a case by case basis I guess. So that's how it is now? Instead of "we're looking at the issues and a fix is in the works" it's, "no issues here, it must be on your end, thus your problem!" That didn't take long at all, all of about two weeks (pertaining to the issues thread). Not that I don't highly doubt all of what you said, but I'd bet my mortgage the problems with the PS3 app are anything but a case by case basis. If it was something a controlled as that, there wouldn't be so many damn people taking issue with the app in the first place. If any bit of that is true, I'd highly bet you're only running the app in instances of less than 2 hours per sitting. Hell, I know a year ago even you guys knew how horrible it was, not even sure why you're trying to play that card. But hey, that's fine. I get it. You guys aren't going to fix it, or you can't fix it, either way, no sense in paying for your service if this is what we've come to. |

I just took what you said, since it was a complete opposite to the issue forums tone, to be that of denial, which in my experience would mean the app was given up on. Pair that with how long it has been since you said that something was coming to address the issues and it just didn't add up too well. That said, it's about time to actually see some results, well past really, but I'll hang out for a bit longer. |

@Strid_ Normally I keep quiet, I'm more of the lurker- type. But seriously;
Spoiler Alert! Click to show or hide It is a free app. Judging by the star, you, like me, are a paying member, but the app is a free app regardless. I am not saying that means that if something is free, you shouldn't complain about bugs or problems AT ALL, but I do believe it is common sense to allow certain leniency when criticizing. Now, if your come back is "I did early on but now it has been X amount of time and I/we are fed up", then please view this as a looping flow chart and redirect yourself to the top, starting with FREE. Not being able to use the CR app on the PS3 does not prevent you or anyone from watching their anime on the website, unless said person does not have a PC, but that wouldn't be CR's problem in all honesty. This is not like when a video game isn't getting patched, and we all get to be pissed because it has game breaking bugs. This app is a matter of convenience. It is not our only means of access, merely a convenient way to access it on our TV's through our PS3's. As to you "suggesting", ahem, that it's not a case by case basis and anyone who says otherwise is wrong; I will have to throw my hat in the ring those who say they haven't had any problems. I personally only started using the app last month. Know why? Because I thought it would be buggy!! So I figured I'd give it some time before trying it out. That said, I've tried it on 3 PS3's in 2 different houses (2 different states actually) and other than it locking up the PS3 once for unknown reasons, I haven't had a problem at all. I've watched at least a couple dozen episodes of anime on there, and a lot of that was multi-hour sessions. I DO NOT mean to suggest that your problems "aren't real", nor that of other users, I am just saying that it is entirely possible that the issues are a bit "hit or miss". As an aside, I love how you tried to back-peddle when receiving Bjaker's response, after you erupted into an immature fit. Now, I have no intent of starting a fight, and honestly I realize that easily half of what I said could come off inflammatory - but I assure that is not my intent. I just get sick of people who complain with such tones of entitlement over things like a free app. Try to enjoy the weekend, and may the next patch fix whatever problems you are having. |

Just create a U.S psn account and create a new user on your ps dashboard then you can go on the american psn store. thats what i did anyways

I use the App all the time I have Very little issues the only Issue i have found is that if i let an episode finish which has a not availible till next week and allow its timer to hit zero the app crashes my Ps3 Other than That No bugs whatsoever, And i use this app Alot i;ve marathoned whole series. i watched 50 episodes of hunterxHunter In a single viewing session without a hitch.
