Events of NA

This is a forum to inform people of the events that have happened in Nightshade Academy and hopefully will happen so please check it regularly.

As and when future events get mentioned if you would like to take part please PM any of our moderators to be included. All we ask if that you make yourself available throughout the event and if you have to go on hiatus that you inform us as soon as possible.

OK so as some of you may know recently the student council have been on an event that has happened in the Nightshade academy chatroom. Well here is the summary of what happened at the event.

What was the event?

The student council were requested to investigate reports of sightings of a female (Eve) who was able to use magic without it being restricted to tarot form.

Who went?

In this particular event the characters who went were:

What happened?

The student council plus Tenzak met up for Tempa to discuss that they were going on an investigative mission and why. Following the council meeting the students embarked on their journey to a remote location in Japan where the rumours of a magical user had originated from. Upon arriving in Japan Sera received a text message from Tari to inform her that Jurou was there and that he may be able to help with his research skills.

On the day the students arrived they met with a girl named Alice who treated them poorly but as a result they were able to ascertain that the rumours of the so called ''witch'' were true. Upon Alice's departure the group split up to take a quick R&R break and to discuss strategies among themselves.

On the second day the group split up into three groups (Sera and Anna, Tenzak and Leo and finally Tempa and Jurou) and decided their best move was to ask the locals if they knew anything about the person they were looking for. After a day of gathering information they met up and collated their data and discovered that there was a particular area and a particular time of day that the witch, Eve, liked to show herself. That night they talked long into the night about how best to go about meeting Eve and what precautions they needed to take.

On the final day the students met just before midnight to find Eve and try to presaude her to join forces with the Academy. The groups this night were Sera, Anna and Leo on the ground, Tempa and Tenzak hiding in the shadows up top with Jurou flying ahead to scout the area and to monitor Eve's behaviour.

Sera, Anna and Leo decided to wait for confirmation of a sighting before heading out. During this time an elderly male appeared before them severely injured to ask for his assistance. Upon further inspection of the man Sera, Anna and Leo became on guard as he looked like a Seriphien only more human. The male (who Tempa later named Hope) explained that he and his people were in fact a pre-evolutionary form of the Seriphien who broke away from the modern day Seriphien as they did not agree with what they were doing. He also explained he needed the students assistance and that Eve had attacked him and his people. Not sure what to do Sera had Leo contact Tenzak and Tempa for assistance because they couldn't ignore an injured man. Upon suggestion and agreement Tempa used his Le Stelle tarot card to read into Hope's past and confirmed that Hope was telling the truth. Knowing this the students struck a deal with Hope, they would help him but they would not attack Eve, if he would show them the way.

Hope explained to the students that Eve was by a lone tree in the centre of town and Jurou confirmed for them her sighting. Upon arrival Eve told the students to not take another step forward as they were with the enemy. Holding her hands up Sera took one step forward and explained to Eve that she just wanted to talk. Coming to an agreement Eve granted Sera permission to talk on the grounds that she came along. From Eve, Sera learnt that Eve's elders had ordered that all the Seriphien-esque beings be destroyed after their race was nearly eradicated twenty years ago. Not knowing what else to do Sera asked Eve if it was ok for Tempa to use Le Stelle to confirm her story, while not impressed, Eve agreed and Tempa was able to confirm that yes Eve was also telling the truth. Knowing this Eve asked for their help to destroy the pre-seriphien but Sera asked if she could discuss this with her peers as both sides were telling the truth.

Meeting in the middle Sera explained to both Eve and Hope that they were taking precautions to prevent them from attacking each other so that herself and the others could discuss everything. Calling Anna, Leo, Tenzak and Jurou the student council and their two helpers met to have a meeting. Sera asked Tempa to explain everything they knew. This was it they know had to decide who they were going to chose to help.

What was the outcome?

While the students were discussing who to help they were able to not come to an agreement. Both Leo and Anna wanted to help Hope while Sera and Tenzak wanted to help Eve and each for their own personal reasons, meaning that the ultimate decision was left to Tempa who was unable to decide. None of the students found their decisions easy as they wanted to help both races but due to the hostility between Hope and his people and Eve and her people they would only be able to pick one.

That is when Eve spoke and asked the group if they really trusted Hope so much that they couldn't decide and both Tenzak and Sera explained that yes, they did trust him and Eve then asked if she were to join them would they have a choice or would they still be expected to just do as their told, to which all students informed her they both will always have a choice. Knowing this Eve walked over to the wounded Hope (which put a few of the students on guard) and told him that she didn't want to fight and that she didn't want to follow orders any more. and Hope told Eve that he didn't want to fight either. Knowing this Eve asked Hope if they could form an alliance and come to a truce. She explained that not all of her people will follow her lead and that his people may still suffer some considerable loss to which Hope told her he understood. Sera being Sera she walked over to them after hearing their conversation. She told them that if this was the future they wanted then while it was still bright they should grasp it with both hands and thus forth an agreement was made between Eve and Hope to do everything they can to end the war between their respective races and to aim for a bright future together.

With a new alliance in place Sera (the student council president) officially welcomed them both into Nightshade Academy. Tempa then spoke to Hope and welcomed him into the Sental's clan, which just left Eve. Not knowing what came over her Sera held her hand out to Eve and explained that she would like to welcome Eve into the High Breeds to which Eve accepted after being reassured that belonging to a clan was a formality and Eve informed her that her kind were known as the Star Gazers.

After this Eve proceeded to heal Hope's wounds, everyone rejoiced and Sera informed Tari of the missions success.

So what happens now?

Right so well done if you've gotten this far! Basically what happens now is we have two new races. Both have restricted slots and both have restrictions so please if you create one of these characters adhere to them.

Basically the Pre-Evolutionary Seriphien (or Abonomolies) are a race of people who are unable to use any form of magic, including those sealed away in tarot cards as they only know physical combat. As for the Star Gazers they can only use magic, they have no physical combat skills.

On a final note please note that both Eve and Hope are None Playable Characters so DO NOT make profiles for them. Doing so will just result in that profile being automatically rejected.

Ok so here is what happened in a nut shell...

Chaos.

Here is the summary for the event that happened last night that some of you took part in.

What was the event

Tempa who had recently returned from a private mission had obtained a mirror. The man who he got it from said that the mirror will show him what he most desires, however, the mirror didn't seem to work initially, and it was up to the student council and a select few students to find out how it worked under Queen Momo's guidance. Little prepared the students for what they saw, for the mirror displayed the future.

What happened

Tempa and Artemis were stood before the mirror as it activated as the moonlight bathed it. What Tempa, Artemis and the others saw was a beautiful child with brown hair staring straight at them. Artemis enraptured by the reflection lifted her hand and the child in the mirror did the same making contact and therefore was able to step out of the mirror. The child looked around and told Tempa and Artemis that they were their child from the future. The child then looked around the room and spotted Sera, the child then ran up to Sera hugging her tightly, which freaked Sera out a little before explaining her relief to see that Sera was still alive because in her timeline Sera, who had become a hero, had vanished. Hearing this news sent Sera over the edge, she didn't want to know about her future and the child upon seeing her reaction apologised and introduced their self as Ares as they were born in a battle.

Next Queen Momo walked to the mirror and stepped away horrified, for she saw the graves of her beloved family and her sat there on her own. Sera soon went to the Queen's aid taking her away from the mirror explaining that the future was never set in stone so things may not work out the way they saw. Queen Momo sat there shaken up and pondered whether the mirror should be destroyed or not.

A young boy, who went by the name Silva then saw his future, his interest piqued, but nothing prepared him for seeing his own death at the hands of somebody he knew, trusted and cared for deeply and this caused him to back away from the mirror his eyes wide in fear.

Seeing the others reaction, Sera decided she had to know. She needed to know what happened to her in the future so that she could prevent herself from vanishing. Stepping before the mirror Sera saw a young male child before her. His face expressionless and his eyes empty as if they were dead. At the point Ares, told Sera that the child before her in the mirror was her son Zagan. Tentatively, Sera lifted a hand to the mirror and Zagan did the same and when contact was made, Zagan, laced his fingers through Sera's and stepped out, hugging Sera closely relief flooding through his body that his mother was there.

Queen Momo looked at the child and then at Sera telling Sera that Zagan was a figment of her imagination and that the children should go back to where they came from, to which Zagan asked her how he could be since they could see them all. Ares, sensing the unease agreed and told Zagan they should go, which upset Zagan because he had come to warn Sera about the future, he didn't want to lose her, but Ares stopped him reminding him of the consequences and holding Zagan close Sera told him she would rather not know if not knowing meant she would actually give birth to him. Sera then turned around to Ares and asked Ares that no matter what Ares was to keep Zagan going, to keep him strong and to help him, to which Ares agreed because deep down if Ares could feel love it would be for Zagan. Zagan then broke away from Sera to walk with Ares to the mirror, but before they left he had Queen Momo promise to always look out for Sera and to be there for her and after Queen Momo agreed the children stepped back into their own timeline hand in hand. Watching Zagan walk away, Sera's resolve crumbled and Queen Momo held her close to comfort her.

The next person up to look in the mirror was Leo. All Leo saw was her own death. The image was quick and it didn't last long but seeing it was forever imprinted on Leo's mind who just walked away calmly,

Jacob then stepped up to the mirror and saw his parents. His father had a gun in his hand and his mother was screaming. This caused Jacob to back off and try to leave the room not wanting to be there in case his parents came through. Sera went to his side and assured him that unless he made contact they can't come through and even then he was among a new family and friends who would protect him.

This caused Queen Momo to wrap the mirror up in vines. She had enough of seeing the students get hurt and thought the mirror dangerous. Tempa suggested that he destroy the mirror, but Sera said they should speak to all the heroes first as the mirror could potentially very useful for them but she did agree that in the wrong hands the mirror was a dangerous tool.

During this Annabelle saw those around her break down and decided she wanted nothing to do with the mirror. She didn't want to know her future and so was thankful that the mirror had been sealed in vines.

So what happens know?

Who knows? Anything could happen.

What was the event

Ok to try help our FB group ( http://www.facebook.com/groups/344087772369057/ ) we hold special polls and quizzes on there and this is an event that took place around the winner of our first quiz Linore. For getting the correct answer to which hero had a fear of heights Linore got to have a special power bestowed on her character Leo.

What happened

Tari summoned Sera to his office to ask her to bring forth a strong student. Going through the students Sera knew she chose her friend Leo who was showing some promising talent. The pair then entered Tari's office where Sera introduced Leo and Tari confirmed that his son Tempa also thought highly of Leo. Tari then told the girls that he had found a way to share his magic to others via the use of seals and if Leo was ready he wanted to share this with her. Leo had agreed but Sera was not keen on the idea and asked to leave for Leo to ask her to stay and Tari to tell her to stay, reluctantly Sera stayed. The ritual began once Leo had told Tari where she wanted her seal, grabbing her forearm Tari proceeded causing the world to turn black and Tera to appear. Tera loomed before the trio and mockingly asked if Leo was the one who would take a part of her, Leo confirmed she was and Tera then proceeded to show her the murders of Tari and Tera and Leo understood and said her decision remained. Knowing this Tera plunged her hand into Leo's chest and grabbing her heart stopping it for a moment before declaring Leo a member of the Whitefield family and with that Tera vanished leaving Tari stood there holding her forearm the seal in place.

So what happens now?

Linore's prize for Leo is that Leo's blood can now become weapons.

What was the event

A council meeting was held when the Mirror of Times (the mirror that shows the future) activated with a distressed Ares coming through. Upon seeing Ares the council soon learnt that the future was changing and not for the good as Ares's dad Tempa had been kidnapped from the current time line.

What happened?

Following Ares's direction (who was able to find Tempa's soul due to being a Shinigami) the group arrived at a castle. Formulating a plan Sera had the group go in search of Tempa. Upon entering the castle the students found many dead and mutilated bodies within the walls and Ares confirmed that Tempa was below them, finding the stair case the students descended the stairs only to find their powers being blocked (although Sera was not aware of this because she is Sera). Slowly walking the passage way the students saw many cells all littered with bodies and at the far end of the wall was Tempa. Rushing to him, Tempa begged Sera to run, who in turn refused to leave him behind since they were now siblings. A scientist game to view and explained that for the future good of the world and to save so many that they were using Tempa's DNA to unlock the mystery behind what makes a hero.

This obviously upset Ares, Sera, Leo and Tenzak who did everything in their power to stop the scientist to be told one wrong move and Tempa would die. Sera tried begging the scientist to allow herself to switch places with Tempa since she had his blood flowing through her (for those who don't know Sera and Tempa made a blood pact), only to be told she wouldn't do because her blood wasn't pure. The scientist then turned to the group and said that he was willing to let Tempa go if they handed over Ares but in doing so there would be repercussions. So a choice had to be made Tempa's life and the completion of the research or hand Ares over. The scientist also told them that if they left Tempa he would go with them to the Academy and face the consequences.

During the decision Tenzak stalked off for he was not going to play god with a humans life. Sera initially chose Tempa to then change her mind after speaking to Ares, after all, in the previous event Sera learnt she would have a son and she had to think of him. Looking over at Tempa (who by now had passed out) and seeing his weakened state and that he was only only being kept alive by being fed souls Sera walked over to him and said a tearful fair well (no seriously I was crying I can't speak for the others but I was in floods of tears) and begged the scientist to let Tempa go peacefully. Agreeing to do so the scientist ended Tempa's life and his clothes fell to the floor his body gone. Sera walked to the clothes and scooped them up in her arms only to be surprised to find a baby (as was Leo). The scientist explained that Tempa's soul had been reborn and therefore needed a new surname. Looking down at Tempa ,Sera gave him the surname Ignis for this was her previous surname (for those who don't know Sera's biological brother Tintin found her and told her this) and no matter what Tempa would always be her brother even if she did have to raise him as her own child.

Leaving the castle the students learnt of the scientist's name (Azerial) who told Leo to rip off his arm. Sera gave a look to Tenzak which simply read ''Together we will have our revenge'' and they all made it back to Academy, where Sera told Leo to take Azerial to the Infirmary (well he may as well be strong enough to atone for his sins) and Sera made her way with Ares and Tempa to tell her father about what happened and to take responsibility for it.

So what happens now?

Well I (Noodle) basically get to play as the baby Tempa until he matures when Fox will then take over (as Tempa is his character), Sera will be basically acting like a mum for the mean time, the council members should keep an eye on their inbox (reasons will become clear later) and a new race is being added as Tempa is now a soul vampire, but please, before you go creating a soul vampire READ up on how you become one or I (Noodle) will reject your character until you change it accordingly. I will be adding Soul Vampires to the list later. Ares is also a new hero.

What happened?

Well there was lots of trolling on behalf of Noodle who had never trolled before and then it went down hill from there. Let's just say thank goodness for the R warning.

What was the event?

The event was to do with Sera regaining her memories after she was told that both Sokyoku (ex fiance) and Kurt (husband) were dead.

What happened?

After discovering that Kurt was dead Leo and Tari (along with Tempa who didn't agree with what they were going to do) went to break the news to Sera. Upon arrival Tari suggested Tempa take Ayame (Sera and Kurt's daughter) out for a walk and when he left they then broke the news to her. At first Sera did not believe Tari or Leo until the news finally sank in causing her mind to snap and her memories to return to her (in a nutshell Sera is a failed experiment of the Hunters to read more about it please view her biography on the character creation thread), causing her to declare war on the Hunters and Momo (who erased her memories) before heading to the Veil.

Having seen Sera take to the sky and feeling her distress Aniki, Caitlyn, Dawn and Kumiko headed to Sera's house to find out what had happened. Explaining that there was no time to explain the details Tari left immediately to go hunt Sera down leaving the others behind to catch up with Leo explaining the details on the way. Once at the Veil Tari had seen Sera slay several of the guards who patrol the area with her insanity and tried to talk her out of things just as the others arrived to see Sera prepare herself for battle against Tari.

As the battle began Tari went into War Mode and he and Sera locked weapons until Tari forced her back and made several swords appear around her. Laughing happily Sera summoned her two guns and shot at Tari who then lost a lot of blood he was forced to use Caitlyn in her ice sword form to seal his wound before he had to retreat summoning Tempa to take his place as the others took her on causing her enough damage that she then had to retreat herself and think of a new plan.

Seeing Ace who stumbled upon Sera she soon gave chase using her wings and threw her sword at him as he forced her to a narrow passage causing her to not be able to use her wings. Failing to get at him with her sword she then used the effects of her emotions on him crippling him with a sudden pain in his chest. Seizing her chance she coerced him into becoming her hostage while the others devised a plan to lure Sera to them to capture her and bring her to her senses by using Ayame's cry. Upon hearing Ayame cry Sera grabbed at Ace and ran until she could take to the skies part of her sure it was a trap and the other concerned for her daughter.

Once in their sights Leo shot some arrows at Sera which she narrowly dodged but sent her to the ground with Ace, placing her sword at his throat she made it obvious that she had a hostage and used him as a human shield as the others didn't care for him much. Aiming for her wings Leo fired more arrows which Sera blocked with her arm before ripping them out forcing her to let go of Ace as she took off again to recover while the others thought of a new plan.

An this point Ace had run off into a cave and Caitlyn, despite her history with Ace, went to check he was OK before Momo, Alieru and Eien arrived all in battle gear while she commanded Eien to go find Ace while she and Alieru found out what was going on. At this point Sera who was bleeding heavily leaned on a wall of a cave her blood going on it before heading inside dripping more blood as the ground shook heavily which scared the others especially Momo as she realised what was happening. Hearing chanting Sera demanded to know who was there before an unknown entity stepped out and called her by her name. Demanding to know who he was and how he knew her he introduced himself as Eli and explained her parents were close to someone who worked for him.

Explaining his hunger for revenge against Momo and Sera explaining hers he went to make a blood pact with her making her his, however, this backfired and Eli became Sera's and together Eli brought them to Momo where he attacked Eien and sent Alieru up in blue flames and where Sera suddenly gained her human form unleashing a shock wave around her as she screamed out in pain begging Eli to make it stop and him stroking her hair easing the pain. Once done Eli attacked Momo with a layer of gold before Sera told him to stop saying Momo was hers before she stabbed her.

Falling weak and still in pain due to the gold Hilde a Valkyrie who sensed death came to the scene and proceeded to heal Eien as best as she could before trying to heal Momo seeing that it wasn't working due to the layer of gold she set upon freeing it with the help of Kumiko, As this was going on Sera and Eien got into a fight where Sera used Tempa's emotions to turn him into her weapon and using him to attack Eien before Dawn and Caitlyn (while Leo was holding her) froze Tempa in place. Growing frustrated Sera filled the sky with flaming arrows (the second time during the event) in which Eien got hurt causing Hilde to leave Momo's side to heal him while Kumiko finally worked the gold free.

Seizing the opportunity Dawn and Caitlyn froze Sera into place while Tempa reached out to her locking hands with her begging her to see the truth. Unable to see it Sera wept and spoke a single name ''Ayame'' while each person in turn told Sera how much they loved and cared for her while Eli told her it was all lies. Finally seeing the truth the ice shattered and a staff known as the Staff of Remorse appeared allowing Sera to fully heal everyone's wounds before she turned to Eli and told him that with the power of love and friendship (no seriously she did say that) she would beat him and set about fighting him only for him to knock her back easily until she used her Emotional Magic on him and telling him that it was odd for her to not obey him. The truth dawning on him and fear filling his eyes he disappeared from the battlefield before Momo through herself at her and hugging her tight proclaiming her to be amazing. Eventually seriousness filled the group as a gun shot was heard as an unknown sniper (Rory) fired for Sera but Momo got in the way. After some panic she was healed and acted like nothing had happened before she proclaimed Sera to be a hero to which Sera objected until Momo begged her to join the hero ranks to which she eventually agreed before walking off with Momo to induct her. Hearing this Tempa who felt jealous walked off and the others disbanded heading home.

What is the outcome?

Sera is now a hero and has her own Clan known as the Morning Light and Eli (a part of the old NA and played by Momo) has become a side character for Sera.

So what happens now?

You'll see Eli about (no complaints about how powerful he is none of the mods will have it if you die at his hands you die at his hands) and Sera's clan means new races will soon be added to NA.
