Hello, I was having a bit of trouble reading the comments on most videos, and I was wondering if the more experienced crunchyroll users could explain the issue? If it is an ongoing issue, I apologize for the bother, I just have not seem much discussion about it and it does not seem to be passing with time.

On the comments section under most videos, Crunchyroll will display the "Loading" sign and a "More Comments" button instead of comments, but they won't load even after a long period of time. It doesn't matter if I change it from "Top" to "Recent", or switch back and forth between them, or even if I don't do anything. If I hit the "More Comments" button, a second "Loading" appears directly under the first, but nothing else happens. If the episode of a certain series does not show comments, the comment page on the whole series page will show both no comments and a "More Comments" button. Clicking that button only causes the "Loading" sign to appear.

The rest of Crunchyroll and the internet do not seem to be affected in the slightest, and even the rest of pages with the lagging comments do not lag for me otherwise- the streams themselves are unaffected. My computer never had any trouble with Crunchyroll comments before recently, still runs fast, and it is not even a year old. On some videos, I can still see the comments, but the videos I can see comments on changes from time to time. (e.g. just a minute ago, I could see the comments on Maoyu 9, but I refreshed the page and the Loading block has appeared).

Thank you!

Thank you for replying!

I just tried opening the same episode on both Internet Explorer (which I do not use anymore) and Google Chrome to experiment. Internet Explorer was slow to load as always, but the comments actually appeared (I was not logged in on IE, if that means anything). On Google Chrome (where I am logged in), it had the issue with the comments. So it is only occurring either when I am logged in or when I am using Google Chrome.

I'm not quite sure how (I never wanted to do that sort of thing, in fear that I'd lose some important data from like, Google Docs or something), but I guess I'll look up some internet guides. Thank you so much for your advice!
