To be better than you were yesterday, half a day ago, minute, or even a second ago. This really gave me a lot of motivation growing up. This episode holds everything that I loved about naruto as a series from the first series to this one. The first part as I mention, is the motivational booster, aka the emotion factor. The second part that I love, is the continuity, or the action doesn’t make sense. In the episode guy double pals his double ganger to the ground and then he switches roles to the person on the ground. And finally what makes this battle so awesome is that naruto is not so focused on, everyone gets a chance to take the spotlight and have their own story. special shout out to: Spoiler Alert! Get the latest Flash Player This is one of my favorite because Shikamaru is my favorite in the series. He’s laid back and has a strong sense of direction. I love his speech and especially his quote in the episode, “a rival called the future, ghost from the past done even stand a chance.” Facing an enemy once faced is always awesome, because it’s a marker of how far you have come. But awesome enough that they added a twist, though the fight is incomplete it was great to see shikamaru having an awesome spotlight like that especially after asuma’s death. f

It's amazing to see Naruto and Bee face off against two very strong fighters, Itachi and Pain. I got chills from watching these fighters go at it. Then to see Itachi Spoiler Alert! Itachi fighting Kakashi showed us that there were levels that still need to achieved.

We knew it had to happen since before shippuden and as things progressed we could see this ultimate showdown getting closer and closer. The hatred that was built up against Itachi and seeing how hard Sasuke was working just to kill him was amazing. In the end, it came to a very satisfying fight. Sasori This is my favorite fight because in this fight you can see the true abilities and power of the puppet masters, i love the idea of the puppet masters since i saw kankuro on naruto but there wasn't a real fight between puppet masters and this was the first one and it was epic and intense, and it shows the strength of sakura too which is also important and cool. Offline	Permalink Reply Quote Posted 3/6/13 One of my favorite fights in Naruto Shippuuden was the fight between Naruto and Pain after Hinata confessed her love for Naruto. Up until that point, Naruto struggled within his own power and duty to Konoha to hold his own against Pain. However, Hinata's confession and supposed death pushed Naruto over the edge and he caved to the Nine-tail's . At that moment, Naruto's resolve to fight became much more than a duty to his village – the importance of this battle rose to a much more personal level. Another reason this is one of my favorite fights is because it leads up to the reunion of Naruto and his father the 4th Hokage – one of my favorite moments of all time in the Naruto series.
