My favourite fight scene is definitely this one between Chiyo, Sakura and Sasori early in the series.
Starting at episode 20 and ending on 27.
Typical of Naruto, the events that unfold are explained to the audience as they happen and the villain(Sasori) even takes pride in his work as he talks about how much care and effort he puts into making and preserving his puppets.

During the puppet fight we see Kakashi and naruto fighting Deidara to rescue Garaa whilst Guy's team are locked in their own fight, this compliments Sakura's fight when each of them express concern for Sakura and Chiyo and not the other way around.

I like how it starts with the typical roles of puppet master and bruiser being reversed, Sasori is constantly
on the attack whilst Sakura is forced to play extremely defensive to avoid getting even a scratch from the puppet's poison.
Chiyo on the other hand, fits the traditional role of puppet master perfectly throughout the entire battle (Hiding at the back).

Chiyo(Sasori's grandmother) is a poisons and puppet expert whom cared for and taught Sasori when he was younger
and Sakura team up to take Sasori down. We see some of Sakura's training in flash backs explaining that she is a medical ninja and a capable fighter.

Sasori is by far my favourite villain in the show, and he gets to show off his incredible talents as a strategist and craftsman and 'talent' is an understatement here, even Deidara expresses respect for Sasori's practise as an art.

The greatest thing about puppet fights is the unpredictability and variety of the combatants and fighting styles: extra arms and hidden weapons are all dependent on the puppet master's ingenuity. And it's OK for puppet fights to be fun because there's no moral conflict in fighting a puppet because they aren't alive, they don't feel pain and there's always another to take it's place in the arena.
In fact, what begins as a two vs one attack and retreat dogfight escalates into a battle of epic proportions and the fight was so destructive to the environment that they went from fighting in an underground cave to being out on the open surface.

I love the detail that went into the animation of each one. The creepy sound they make, the jerky movements of the puppets were both on an obvious level, when they jumped around it looked like they were held up on strings and on a subtler level the eyes rattled around in their heads.

Like all good villains in Naruto, Sasori is the star of his fight and we get to see pieces of Sasori's past, we get an understanding of his relationship with his parents and why he's so impatient. By the time we discover how much he's dehumanised himself, the back story becomes necessary for the audience to sympathise with him and to make his defeat less about violence and revenge and give him a more deserving bittersweet end.

My favorite fight in Naruto Shippuden is Sasuke vs Itachi, from episodes 135-139 because first of all, it was greatly anticipated for an extremely long time. It was amazing how insane Itachi pretended to be, how determined (yet terrified at the end) Sasuke was to eliminate his older brother. Their techniques were just awesome, especially Sasuke's 'Kirin', and Itachi's 'Susanoo' as well! And Orochimaru's sudden disturbing appearance was well, a little scary but very interesting to say the least. What really got me was the outcome of the whole thing, what with "Madara"'s explanation of the truth behind Itachi, shattering the perspective and revealed what was really true and what was a lie. Everything about that battle was the start of many things to come. And being honest, Itachi has been my favorite character since then!

One of my favorite fights would have to be Sasuke v.s Itachi. Episodes 135-138 (138 Climax of battle) i loved the pain fight because Naruto avenged Jiraiya but this one wins because throughout alot of Sasuke's life he desired revenge and after fighting Itachi he received vengeance, but sadly finding out later that Itachi was a good guy. Then Sasuke sought out revenge against the leaf village for making Itachi act as the bad guy. So, Sasuke's whole life revolved around revenge. That's why this was my favorite fight in Naruto....so far -Bugufan

MY FAVORITE FIGHT from Naruto Shippuden is when Naruto fought Pain

Is MY FAVORITE FIGHT because for those who were dedicated to the series and the games you were introduced finally to the Invasion of Pain Arc. Pain is the leader of Akatsuki, partnered to Konan and the principal figure in the Tailed Beast sealing ceremony. As the smoke cleared, the Deva Path found that Naruto had returned with his toad allies. In retaliation for the village’s destruction, Naruto swiftly crushed the newly-restored Asura Path and began his fight with the remaining Paths of Pain. He then uses his invisible chameleon to capture Naruto and proceeds to remove his soul. Then the fight begins between them. I hope CR Team you like my opinion

definitely the first fight when nothing was serious, and most of everybody was still there and well,
before the endless fights and wars.
And the fight itself? So nostalgic yet so fresh:

My favorite fight has to be Sasuke vs Danzo. It showed how much of a badass Sasuke was even with his brother's shadow hanging over him. It established Danzo's involvement in the Uchiha Massacre, and further told us how deep Sasuke took that pain and destroyed Danzo with it.

Minato vs. The Masked Man. Personally I think this is one of the best intense fights of them all. Because it's NARUTO's DAD and the ultimate bad guy in the Naruto series. Minato is fighting to protect his wife and his newborn son. Minato is using his Flying Raijin and his teloportation jutsu. (I know it's not new but SPOILER ALERT ) First, the Masked Man, OBITO UCHIHA, know his master and jutsus. So, it is a fight to see who is better. And the reason Obito is out to destroy the Leaf Village is because he wants revenge for Rin dying.

My favorite fight scene would be Hinata vs. Pain in Naruto Shippuden Episode 166 – Confessions. It’s my favorite because it proves the depth of Hinata’s love for Naruto. Even though it may seem like there’s no more hope, she went out there to fight for him grabbing the small chance of even winning. Her sacrifice is her showing her unconditional love for Naruto. From the sound effects to the sentimental value of the fight, I’d give it a five star, no doubt.

I have to say that this is my favorite episode because it shows how connected to the characters the viewer is and all the emotions come out while cheering Naruto on to destroy Pain.

I would have to say that the fight between Haku and Naruto would be the most memorable for me because it gave us a peek at just how awesome Naruto would become.
