Explain this to me, why are there so many ninjas... in the ninja war that are less skilled than preschool ninja in naruto the first serie.

They aren't less skilled, they simply aren't given the time to do anything flashy. 90% of the ninja in the war would of kicked Naruto's ass pre time skip. Also what pre-school ninja? A: You aren't a Ninja until you graduate the academy and B: The youngest person in the show is Konohamaru and he was useless until the Pain ark, where he was in the academy and most likely graduating soon(judging by his age) and he only got that Rasengan off so Ebisu would recognize the impact Naruto had on him. A foreshadowing for the Pain finale.

Cant say i dont know how you feel. Sometimes they can only throw shuriken, and then they die lol. I understand why its made like that, but its still funny.

I also think it's comical.

I also noticed how they delayed Naruto from entering the fight so that Ninja like Kakashi and Gaara could look useful. Because from what iv'e seen, just Naruto's clones are enough to take out a reanimated enemy. Does that mean Kakashi is only as strong as one of Naruto's shadow clones? :L

It seems that way. Don't forget he got killed by pain only because he used up all of his chakra.
So i'm thinking he's actually stronger than Naruto's shadow clones.
(He was revived.)

Not just a reanimated enemy, a reanimated Kage, no less. What we're seeing is the mass deaths of fodder Shinobi to show the chaos of war with as much perspective as possible, but also keep the story going. My guess is, if he'd have added more than just kunai and shruiken to each and every shinobi that were able to use ninjutsu, the manga would still be where the anime is right now.
