The group wall serves as our medium when we RP, so this was created to facilitate our abilities to answer any concerns, since many of them may go unread in the group wall due to the high volume of posts.

Well anyways guys , despite the result of this poll, you all did an awesome job. For one thing, some characters simply had more screentime/exposure in the storyline so they had more scenes. This may have affected the reader's perception of those characters. Secondly due to timezones and such sometimes people didn't get to post as much. So what I am trying to get at is this poll isn't completely conclusive and you should be proud of your RP skills as I and many others think you all did an amazing job. As I mentioned in the credits, each and everyone of you went beyond my expectations for this Kurotama concept of mine . So kudos to all of you, and I hope we all get just a bit better for the big second arc...and I hope you all had fun doing Kurotama. So JUST DO IT and LETS PARTY!

We had a staggering result of 900 votes by the reader-chans, so thank you guys a lot! You all did great! :)

[CHANGE TO RP FILLER RULES]

This is a message to all the RPers of the group. We are making a change to how fillers are going to be role played. Originally, we could not have RPers roleplay fillers during planned RP sessions like the upcoming ARC 2. This was mainly to avoid the issue of "Characters being at the same place at the same time " .

Essentially we will now categorize fillers into different sets depending on their chronological order in the Gintama Universe timeline. These sets will be shown on the group page.

So basically the RPers can RP whenever they want,(even during planned RP arcs) and we will just put their respective filler content under one of the sets .

In other words, feel free to post whenever you want

Some ground rules :

-Please notify a mod that you have posted in a thread to indicate that you are starting a new filler.
-Please notify a mod that you have moved the storyline of said filler to a new thread so we can update the links for the readers.
- Please notify one of the mods of the title of said filler (whenever you think of one )
- Please do not reference anything that happens in the planned RP arcs as the arcs are occurring. Once a RP arc is complete finished, you are free to reference it . (If you do reference it , please notify one of the mods so we know which set to put the filler in ).

[SECOND ARC ANNOUNCEMENT]

Ok guys thanks for the submissions for credits theme songs so far! I really appreciate the commitment to the second arc! I will still be taking more submissions for about another week. So make sure to send me our favorite tracks! So far, I've decided upon two tracks and put them down as priority tracks. Both of them were submitted to me. I am looking for a total of about 4 songs for the credits. So as of right now, I would like to get two more songs to include... but who knows? I might get 4 new submissions that are perfect for the project and replace some of the tracks I've set aside. So all submissions are welcome! :)

All songs MUST be J-Rock or something along those lines to fit the Gintama theme


Also, due to my professors bombarding me with work, I've had to postpone my outlines a little. But do not worry, I will send out remaining ones ASAP. Definitely waaaay before any you are actually needed to RP, so as to give you guys enough time to study it and prepare for your role.

Once again, thanks for all the support and hope you guys enjoy the upcoming story arc!

[CHARACTERS WANTED]

As mentioned in the title above, we are in need of some characters. Since I'm planning to start a filler arc, I am in need of a Shogun and possibly a Taka-chin. Please PM me if you're interested and I can relay the message to one of the mods or the creator himself.

Faris gave me approval to post this announcement here. I've started up a filler in the Park Thread which is open to everyone's participation. Well,open is too weak a word. I'd love people to post. It's a contest for the best idea to improve Kabukichou - the prize is 10 million yen from Prince Hata - and it's designed so anyone can post whenever they like. (There'll be a more formal ending after we've had fun with all the "entries.") So far, Tae and Gintoki both think they'll be taking home the ten million yen.
