I think I'm kind of that person, too, to a degree. I like talking to people enough, but I'm absolutely terrible at starting conversations. I get irrationally nervous that the person won't want to talk to me. :T I won't delete someone for not talking to me, though. Not my style. I only delete people who don't respond after quite some time of inactivity just because I don't want to seem like someone who only adds people to boost my numbers up. For some reason I just really don't want to seem like that kind of person but maybe being the person who deletes people like that is worse...I don't know.
