Say I love You: 4 episodes in
Chobits: 4 episodes in
Bakemonogatari: 5 episodes in (Will still probably try to continue this one at some point though.)

Space brothers is starting to annoy me with 30 minutes of basically nothing happening. I don't think I have the patience for it anymore. I think I prefer animes which tell a story and get out as opposed to dragging on pointless side plots, build ups, and filler.

No.6
It looked good and the art work was really good, but after like 5 episodes the story and the main characters got really boring

It seems that we have wildly different tastes in anime, haha. However, I can see what you mean about Ano Natsu de Matteru. I did finish it, but it was so unengaging.

Highschool of the Dead. The ecchi in the anime is at least 3X the amount of what's in the manga.
Koihime Musou. It just seemed like an excuse for ecchi.

Sword Art Online, the first two episodes were promising, the next 6 episodes were filler, they time skipped two years ahead by episode 8, the Yui plot line was dull and even kind of creepy, the next two episodes were rushed and anticlimactic, and the first 3 episodes of the Alfheim storyline was where i finally said enough was enough

I can truly see your point on what you wrote here

1) Correct in first two episodes
2) the filler episodes? they jumped around skipping huge chunks in them, kinda pissed me off
3) The time jump 2 years. Totally agree, pissed me off too
4) Yui plot line...I would say pathetic and sad (almost the same as what you said)
5) Alfheim, after watching a couple, I just plowed through the rest, because even if the anime isn't too good, I can't stand not knowing after watching that much of it (curiosity kills so much of my time )

Yeah i rarely drop an anime because i hate starting something and not finishing it. In this case though i decided i should drop it before i ended up hating the series, because, as much as i bitched about it, i did enjoy the first 14 episodes. They weren't good but it was still enjoyable schlock, and i was impressed with the animation and soundtrack.

This, that anime was garbage.
Lucky Star literally put me to sleep, like I literally fell asleep, each episode seemed like 40 minutes of boredem.
Dokuro-chan or whatever the name is.
Hayate no whatever, where every chick in town wants his **** for whatever reason, poor backstory and everything, same ol' harem stuff.
Live Live Idol, straight up stereotypical, same ol', run of the mill type of stuff with more kawaii desu ne than interesting things to see in it.
And more.

Most of mine are already listed, and no offense from me, either, as some of these are really popular:

- xxxHolic: Tried a few times, made it to about ep 6. Fan of CLAMP, like Tsubasa, just couldn't get into this one.
- Fate/Zero and Fate/Stay Night: Seem like they should be good, just didn't work for me. Might try again.
- Gankutsuou: Awesome artwork, but like with xxxHolic, tried a few times, couldn't get into it, didn't make it past about ep 6.
- The World God Only Knows: Just didn't like.
- Kaze no Stigma: Seemed cliche.
- Ah (Oh) My Goddess: Know lots of people love this one especially, but I just didn't care for it.
- Xam'd: Got bored after about five episodes, meant to try again since it's supposed to pick up, haven't gotten back to it yet.
- Casshern Sins: Wasn't in the mood to watch something that seemed like it would turn out to be so depressing, might try again.
- Sacred Blacksmith: Just didn't like.
- Mirage of Blaze: Just didn't like. Awful dialogue especially, if I remember right.
- Knight Hunters Eternity: Made it through four episodes or so, just didn't get into.

The episodes that you call filler were sidestories the author did after he finished the SAO arc to flesh it out more.

why would he flesh it out with characters that we only see once, and stories that for the most part, have no real substance, he should have used those episodes to actually flesh out Kirito and Asuka's relationship
