Hi my question is about the billing statement... crunchyroll has just taken a $6.95 on me i didnt expect it for the monthly payment... so i cancelled my membership... will i get my money back?? i have been charged like an hour ago and i cancelled my premium membership... i hope i can get my money back thanks...

When you sign up for the "free two week premium membership" you agree to the terms of service.
This means they will bill you if the subscription is not cancelled; In other words, no.
You may in fact make a ticket but that would prove pretty useless because they'll tell you exactly what I've told you.

Let this be a lesson to read the fine print.

I think that just by canceling you won't get your money back, but if you nicely email support and explain that you accidentally let your membership renew and didn't mean to, (or that you ordered the monthly membership but immediately changed your mind or whatever), they'll probably reverse the charge.

Agreed. I'm pretty sure you won't get a refund just by cancelling the service. Explain the situation and hope for the best.

i didnt sign up for a 2 weeks memebership im a member for 3 years already... it jsut happened that i didnt expect that today is that they will charge me...


Capitalism doesn't work like that. <<, and for this guy... i dont need ur rude comments its a matter of fact im asking nicely...

and for those who helped me out thanks...

Uh with this taken into account I will wish you good luck. The billing happens on the same day every month I am fairly certain so... having been a member for 3 years it shouldn't have been shocking by now to get it on that day.

Like other users said emailing support with a very polite and kind request is your best bet. The CR support team are all really nice people and they "might" be able to help you out!

So again best of luck... but please understand they might not be able to do it...

Billing happens every 30 days for a monthly membership, so the day you are billed on changes for each month which isn't 30 days. I believe the same goes for 3-month and 12-month memberships too, as Crunchyroll defines 1 month as 30 days.
