Agreed it was supposed to be top priority (what I was told in my message from crunchyroll) but then the tv app came out wondering if it is actually coming out or they are just holding off as long as possible to placate us until they tell us it wont be coming out till the end of this year or something

It's been so long since we have had any new information on this. I think i posted sometime around january about it. At this point i feel they have decided their are things at a higher priority. Like having apps ready for the 720 and PS4 at launch. Really a shame coming up on the one year anniversary of them announcing they were making the PSVita app. I love CR alot just wish they would put alittle effort into this.

I have been waiting for the Vita app to resub. I don't own a smartphone and most of my media intake is on my Vita in bed. Netflix is getting my money for their Vita app alone, I'd do the same for Crunchyroll.
Hell, even this post is from my Vita!
