As it is right now, it seems like our intelligence is slowly disappearing.

Why do you think that newspapers are an accurate representation of society and the overall intelligence of humanity?

I don't thats why. We're supposed to look to things like that for information and yet the medium for us to learn about the happenings in the rest of the world and society is both limited and skewed. And no I don't think that'll ever change either since the people making them and other news media are just that people, and people are all subject to some degree of bias. But because of bias the rest of us are then subjected to the limits of the people presenting that window of insight to the rest of the world and society.
And no I have no solution. This is just my opinion.

Then why don't you try to get your information from more unbiased sources?

Common sense and reason.

Although that is already disappearing because society continues to dumb itself down, to the point where stupidity is a normal behavior.

This guy makes my point clear:

I expect that sooner or later all movies, video games, and so forth will come as digital downloads and streams rather than through physical media like disks or cartridges. That might take a minute, though.

This was a good question! I think computer interfaces with computers that are touched or held will disappear. I'm guessing it will become a virtual interface probably int he form of a brain chip of some kind. Think of it as a wireless brain router.
