DVDs/CDs
They're already becoming outdated, whether it's by SD card styled storage, or over the cloud.

Books. This makes me sad.

Vehicles that run on gas. I can see alternative energy being used for vehicles.

Desktop computers complete with that bulky tower.

Batteries. Their current composition will become obsolete soon, I think. I'm sure they'll develop something way better than lithium-ion and stuff.

Conventional ballistics in developed countries' military forces. IE. Railguns, lasers and other energy weapons have the potential to be more efficient than bullets.

Handheld cellphones! Or at least I think they will be what none-smartphones are right now.

Quality!!!! In everything...let's start with art, nowadays too many people want to be an artist, but very few have either the talent or commitment to their art to work to create something of true effort and appeal, mind you I know that art is in the eye of the beholder, but there really just isn't a great deal out there to behold. Furniture, I'm not even sure where you can buy quality crafted furniture any longer. I found that you either have to buy antiques or find a qualified furniture crafter to create what you want otherwise you can buy a nice sectional for $10-12k. Sweats, socks, and undergarments...the basics, everyone needs them, but very few remember what good quality feels like. I remember 15-20 years ago you could buy hanes or fruit of the loom gear that was so soft (especially sweats) that you never wanted to take them off. Hate to use cliche phrases but they were as soft as a babies bottom even after 50 washes as opposed to todays sweats which after one wash pill up inside and although they are not uncomfortable they do not possess the comfort and softness and QUALITY of products produced in the past. I now have to buy cashmere sweats if I want comfortable sweats to relax in, and no you can't cut the legs off for work shorts at the end of spring. This is happening on the whole across the entire purchasing market, products are being crafted with a lower quality of design and cheaper materials and purchasers just keep buying without questioning why they are paying for sub-standard products.
Oh, forgot my biggest peeve, paint...interior flat latex paint, about ten years ago you could buy a decent paint at home depot, the kind that would cover in one coat and look nice and clean. Not an longer, everything requires multiple layers and it just doesn't seem to hold its color. Even Benjamin Moore doesn't seem to have the resiliency it had previously.
