Episodes in queue not recording as "watched"
|
I have many episodes in my queue and kind of like to have the episodes i've watched recorded as so. Lately, though, I have found that after watching an episode it does NOT record the episode as "Been watched" and thus my queue becomes all screwed up. I don't think it does it as much when i watch on my desktop computer. But it definitely happens when i watch on my iPhone ( the device i watch most on). Is there some method or way I can get my iPhone to record the episodes? I think it might have something to do with cookies maybe? I haven't tried yet, but am still looking for answers. Thanks!

I think logging out then logging back in worked, i'll have to try it again once i watch some more episodes. |

Just a fyi, if you are unsure the episode you have watched has been marked down, as something you have viewed before hand. Just check out the history section in the queue area. Please note, there is a "clear history' button, on the far right. The iPhone might have a "auto clear history" issue here, on via iPhone and such. Since your desktop seems to be not effected by this issue. So, your iPhone might be autoclearing your viewing history, while crunchyroll is trying to keep the information. But, your iPhone might have a 'full memory' and you might not have cleared your history, on via phone. There are many things which can cause this issue, I know of one or two things which 'autoclear' everything. They tend to clear out your login information, viewing history, and sometimes (mattering on the brand) will clear out your accounts 'history' section. But, for the sake of certain. I am just gonna guess your memory is full, and you have yet to clear out your history on via iPhone. Try doing that, and watch a full ep of something. Then see if it will mark it down in your history section.

I tried logging out and then logging back in, and it seemed to recorded the episodes properly. I think the problem came from not exitting the Crunchyroll app full on the iPhone ( double tap menu button and fully close the app down). |
