All of them. In English and Japanese. Except maybe like 10.

English: Everyone in K and Code Geass. All of them. Particularly Johnny Yong Bosch, Sam Riegel, Matt Mercer, Yuri Lowenthal, Liam O'Brien, Patrick Seitz... Some of these really saved characters who were awful in Japanese... I don't want to name names but there are two characters in particular who, if I'd watched the show in Japanese first, I would hate those characters but the dubs saved them and they're some of my favorites.

Japanese: Jun Fukuyama, Yoshimasa Hosoya, Yuuki Kaji, Ryouhei Kimura, Ryota Ohsaka, Yuuki Ono, Miyu Irino, Masaya Matsukaze... Suzuko Mimori (best singing voice in Love Live), ... Yui Horie just because of the Return of Kings OP. Yuichi Nakamura plays eh characters a lot (like Rikio) but there's a few of his that stand out in my mind as awesome. Like Ikuto from Shugo Chara.

Really, the voice actors don't matter as much as the director, in terms of making a show good. Two shows can have practically the exact same casts (hi, all of the above names) and one would be really great, because the director knows what they're doing, and one would be really awful, because the director didn't care. Anyone who's been in more than 10 shows has likely been in both.

Japanese:

Kamiya: Icon

Daisuke Ono: King

KanaHana: I like her because she can go form girly girl to womanly without sounding too forced.

Saori Hayami: I like her deepish voice.

Kikuko Inoue: Queen

Shinichiro Miki: I have fond affection for Urahara and Mustang so he wins.

Nobunaga Shimazaki: He's starting to impress me more and more. And he's cute.

Everyone else in Osomatsu that I didn't mention; How do you all record without cracking up I'll never know...

Jun Fukuyama: Icon. He's cute too.

Tatsuhisa Suzuki: Can go from Makoto in Free to a badass in a second. Also, his band's pretty good, from what songs I've heard.

==========

English:

Monica Rial: Love her

Crispin Freeman: will always support him because he is a nice guy

Vic(sometimes): Will always be iconic for Tamaki and Ed, even if he's odd and a diva supposedly

Mary Elizabeth McGlynn: The true Kusanagi!

Steve Blum: KING

Michelle Ruff, Stephanie Sheh, Derek Prince: I'll always have some love for these three thanks to Bleach. Also, Stephanie Sheh seems really sweet

Mark Hamill as the joker, no matter in the DCAU or the video game.

I'm not too sure nowadays, does Aya Hirano still do stuff? After 2010 I kind of lost interest in a lot of anime and I've only been watching more for the past year.

In Western Media though, Mark Hamill is definitely top 5.

Kikuko Inoue? I love her voice as Ayna, Lust or Belldandy and also, you got great taste in voice actors.

oh geez. So many to name.

Being the unabashed Lupin fanatic that I am I have to give the first loves

Yasuo Yamada (the man will forever and always BE Lupin Sansei. With all respect and love to Kurita-san for picking up the baton and running
with it)
Goro Naya (there will never be a better Zenigata)
Kiyoshi Kobayashi (the elder statesmen of the gang and his voice is more Jigen than ever. I hope to meet him when I go to the Hamanaka
festival in 2018)
Eiko Masuyama (Fujiko-chan)

Daisuke Ono (his turn as Matsuno Jyushimatsu made me a huge fan of this guy)

Yoshitsugu MATSUOKA ( when your resume boasts both Yukihira Soma and Hanazawa from Mob Psycho that's impressive. His pitch
changes are great and he really gets the most emotion out of his characters. Plus you can't beat upbeat.)

Makoto FURUKAWA (He's one of the biggest reasons people love this show. The way his voice perfectly captures Saitama's ennui and
nonchalant attitude to events show a real connection with the character.)

Nobuyuki HIYAMA (Two MAdarame's though Genshiken's Madarame is the reason for his inclusion. Makoto Kyougoku in Detective
Conan, Itazu in Eden of East. To go from the Otaku General that is Madarame and be able to pull the badassery of
Usu Sanageyama in Kill La Kill; that's versatility. )

Aoi Yuki as Kayo Hinazuki in Erased. nuff said.

For the american voice actors. Easy Kapeasy. Tony Oliver, Richard Epcar, Lex Lang, Michelle Ruff, Sonny Strait, Steve Blum, Kari Wahlgren.

Miyuki SAWASHIRO definitely. Anyone who can take the reigns of Fujiko Mine from Masuyama and acquit themselves of the role as well as she has definitely goes in the tops.
