Okie Dokie. So watching a lot of anime you'll notice a large amount of things that go from show to show like the widely known beach episode for all harem anime or just any anime with multiple varying chest sized girls. I want to know which tropes or occurances you do like and which ones you hate Let's limit it to two for each one.
For example:
Hate
1. I hate when all the characters go to the bath house but there is only one guy and a bunch of girls. It bothered me most in Ai Yori Aoshi but I've seen it multiple times. Why would they force the guy to go to a bath house and he has to be alone the whole time and bored while they get to sit and soak and hang out.
2. I hate in action animes where you don't really have an accurate strength measurement. It bugged me the most in Bleach where Ichigo is fighting Kenpachi pre-bankai and beats him but then Kenpachi beats up three other captains. Now can Ichigo beat those captains too since he beat Kenpachi? Doubtful. Then all these people are getting beat up by the main bad guy Ichigo comes in saves the day but then later they come in and easily beat people he kept losing to.Lets keep some kind of continuity going here people.
Love
1. I love when during the fighting anime when the person is getting beat the crap out of but they refuse to stop fighting and just keep on attacking and attacking until they eventually can't fight anymore or win. I especially love when they fight unconscious like Lee (Naruto) or Sattelizer (Freezing).
2. I have a thing for running gags in animes that aren't comedies like Full Metal Alchemist and Bleach. Lighten up the super tense mood with a laugh.

just knowing you're in a bath house with women and actually being near the women are two different things if naked girls are blocked by a wall and you're sitting in there by yourself in the quiet I don't really see that as enjoyable now if its mixed bath then heck yeah I'm all for it.

Hate the Tsundere's, just to Cliche, annoying and over used.

<--- perfect example

But I love the Yanderes. Idk why, but they always make any plotline more interesting and are rarely used as a character type.

But that's part of the trope. It never really is a mixed bath. Someone lied about that, or the mixed bath area is closed for some reason, or events ensue so that the guy (sometimes no one) ever makes it to the bath, and so on.

I hate it when the guy is getting beaten for the actions of the girl (example, she causes something to happen that shows her panties and then slaps him him for seeing the incident). Imagine if the genders were reversed and the guy hit the girl for seeing something that embarrassed him.

The other thing I hate is lolicon. The other word for this is pedophilia.

yeah I know that. thats why I said I hate the trope. I mean I don't care if its multiple guys and multiple girls in the bath house but a bunch of girls and one guy sitting out by himself annoys me

You're asking about tropes, so I'll use the titles of the TV Tropes articles to be as clear as possible about
what it is I'm describing.

The tropes I LOVE are these:

1. Hey, It's That Voice!

It's always fun to pick up a series you were curious about and then discover that one of your favorite VA's
was involved in the production. I get especially excited when Hilary Haag or Monica Rial show up.

2. Noblewoman's Laugh

Sometimes it's the small things that you really, truly enjoy. For me, the noblewoman's laugh is among these.
It's generally a hallmark of arrogance, and is typically associated with a character who thinks very highly
of herself, and that's probably part of what I like about it since I tend to enjoy those characters.

The tropes that I HATE are these:

1. No Export for You

While this is technically not something which occurs within anime, it's still something which happens to
anime. Sometimes you get a series which performed very well with its initially intended audience and turned out
a great deal of revenue. Sometimes such a series experiences widespread international demand. And sometimes
a company sees such a series and says "Meh, let's just ignore that widespread international demand in spite of
the profits we've made off of this property so far." And at the very least I look at such decisions with
daggers in my eyes.

2. Bowdlerization

We're not talking about some relatively inconsequential alteration, such as giving the lead heroine a swimsuit or
some censor steam during the onsen episode. We're talking about censorship which detracts from a work's quality,
such as excising a relationship for fear that it might offend someone. Radical changes such as these
made for no other reason than to avoid inciting the moral guardians' wrath infuriate me. Sailor Neptune and
Sailor Uranus were in love. They added to the story by virtue of this quality, and it was removed for no reason
other than to avoid ruffling the feathers of the moral guardians of the day. Bowdlerization: I hate it.

IMO, she is one of the worst examples of a tsundere, because she is so lacking in the dere aspect.

Taiga from Toradora! would be a far better example, since when she is dere she can be very dere. Unfortunately, she carries on the belief many people (apparently including many writers) have that it is a requirement a tsundere be physically violent, which isn't true.

When tsunderes are done badly, it is indeed annoying. But anyway:

Tropes I love:

Slasher Smile/Psychotic Smirk: I admit, I have a weakness for those...

Elegant Gothic Lolita: I find the clothes really pretty. :3

Evil Laugh: Just plain awesome.

Hime Cut: I think it looks really nice. ^_^

(But anyway, I like a lot of Villain and Gothic Horror tropes, so I'll just stop here as to not fill up the list)

Tropes I hate:

Viewers are Morons: Because of this, we get way way too many flashbacks and exposition, as if we can't remember what just occurred literally 5 minutes ago. (This also applies to Viewers are Goldfish)

Straw Nihilist/Nietzsche Wannabe: I just find these type of people really annoying. :L Okay, okay, we get it, the world is a horrible place, blah blah blah, quit making huge pointless speeches about it.

Buxom is Better: A really large chest looks strange if the body type doesn't match, which happens a lot in anime...

Jerk Sue: I don't think this one really needs explaining. ;P

There's more, but I'll keep the list short~

Tropes I hate:

Double Standard Abuse: Female on Male
Why does this happen so much in anime? Or to be more specific, why does this happen to guys who don't do anything wrong? The girl does this whenever she gets the chance, the guy won't defend himself, the rest of the cast won't do anything to stop this. It's so annoying! Even when the girl is at fault the guy will still get beaten up.

Butt Monkey
Like the above trope, my frustration is when this happens to guys that don't do anything wrong. Most of the comedy will come from making this one guys life a living hell. All the bad things will happen to this one guy, which seems unfair to me. When guys actually do something bad and they get in trouble, then I don't really have a problem.

Tropes I love will come later.

HOLLA, Yeah I probably should have listed Taiga. I'm wondering now why the hell i didn't put her up. She is great example though.

Love:
Moe - Why? Cause I'm a man! And men like adorable things. Though it is often oversexualized... Ah well. See Shiori Shiomiya, Himawari Shinomiya, Mio Akiyama, etc.

Nightmare Fuel - Whenever the action of an anime's plot takes a turn for the worse, I usually hate it. But when Nightmmare Fuel is involved, I'm all for it. I suppose that just shows that I'm in it for the escapism rather than the cold, hard reality. (Of course, that's only the cynic's definition of reality. I'm a bit more optimistic.)

World of Ham - Cause hammy characters are the bomb! So what could be better than an anime full of the bombs? See Jojo's Bizarre Adventure for a glorious example.

Hate:
Assimilation Plot - I've always felt like the Assimilation Plot was sort of a thematically driven plot cop-out. In terms of what the show is trying to communicate, it makes perfect sense, in that there are usually two sides to an argument and the potentially assimilated side would be the manifestation of those ideals. But when a Big Bad has the power/influence/determination to actually bring something like that to pass, don't you think that they would do something more sinister or creative than "I want everyone to be the SAME THING!!! AHAHAHA!!!" ?

Bittersweet Ending - Because they depress me, and I don't like being depressed.
