Often I'll used leftovers. This morning I had blueberry and white chocolate pancakes that I threw together last night; if I have some rice left I'll sometimes have it in some instant miso soup with spring onions and mushrooms. If I have time: poached egg, spinach and smoked salmon on an English muffin. (Or substitute the muffin for last night's rice or quinoa.)

Also, porridge. I'm Scottish, and there are hundreds of awesome things you can do with porridge.
