Exchanging the negative effects into positive effects.
Not always easy when falling too deep.
I feel fake when I say: '' Look, I'm burning''
I need to go to the surface and do things even better.
Better than possible.

Well normally I would lay down in my bed relaxing with meditations techniques.
Picturing both legs and both arms with your head as five points sending your energy to the middle.
Between stomach and chest. Like five lights the gather in your soul. Middle and center of body.
To find some balance and relax. If I manage it properly I lay down so still that I can't feel my body and dive into nothingness.
Dreams or failures. Anything that is currently working inside me. If some thoughts pop up I let them come and go. Not analyze them. Chaos can be changed into harmony. I fail the last part since I fell into sleep when I do it properly. it is so relaxing. I should stay awake and preserve life energy. Breathing with stomach and bind myself to something good that makes my emotions in peace. That creates heat in body and calm inside. You should try it! The hardest part for me is to fend off forcing thoughts. At that part you should just follow the instincts and live in the moment.

Kind of a hard question to answer, uhm...
I've always been very shy with girls, even if they smile at me when our eyes meet I tend to look away.
I'm 19, but I'm like a kid when it comes to girls... Then again, I guess most of us guys are pretty much just children when it comes to women haha.

I'm usually very blunt with new people in my life, so if I don't like them and they seem unaware of it by insisting on trying to establish some sort of friendship I tell them.
I have suffered a lot of trauma in my childhood both violence and having to deal with loss/people leaving, so if I recognize my father in some dude who's rude with his girl I can get very worked up, even been in a fight because of that.

Other than that, I guess I'm like everyone else, we only reveal our true selfs to close loved ones.

I commend you on your understanding of anger and its use. I've been doing much the same most of my life, Now I find using anger
in a new way, to cancel pain in my knees.

Well, it depends on the emotion. Generally, I'll go and train on my punch bag because that release is always helpful.

When you are really angry the best cure is sleep, most of the time when you wake up you're not so pissed off

I get angry... Doesn't matter what kind of "feelings" they are, once they get difficult to control I get pissed off.. Lol.. Anger creates a lot of energy and so when I get angry, I focus more on trying to find a way to diffuse that energy instead of dwelling on whatever annoying feelings I'm having. Does me a lot of good actually...

Lay in bed and think about any possible solution to resolve my unwanted emotions in my head. Or sleep. ...Or, just work out to let some steam off my head.

Let time take care of it; usually it goes away. But if something's really bugging me, I talk to a close friend and it helps. I also listen to music and draw to let out my feelings. ;P

It depends on what feelings I'm having at the time.

if I'm sad I probably just listen to music or play some video games until I'm better

if I'm angry I just keep it to myself
if I'm REALLY angry (it's hard to really piss me off but it's actually happening right now) I usually just punch my wall until I can't feel my hand or either just sit in my bed wishing I was punching walls

In the past, when I felt myself get emotional, I would close my eyes, take 2 or 3 deep breaths, and visualize myself deep inside my head.

Inside, there was this globe, with countless sky blue screens. I would move my consciousness outside this globe and have myself take an observational perspective. In effect, I started to monitor myself, and from there I was able to start dealing with a situation rationally again.

Nowadays, I do something a little weirder, but more effective.
