What is dealing with your feelings?
You either bottle them up until they can't be contained and you explode in some fashion.
Or you feel whatever it is, and you suffer, and you make others suffer.
The only alternative is trying to distract yourself, but that isn't dealing with them, that is delaying.

typically i would listen to music that matches my mood or has a biiger rush then how i feel. though i may also draw and write down whats on my mind; or just tire myself out with some physical activity. tai chi helps too

I work out. If I'm really pissed at someone, I go to the gym and release my anger on lifting a heavy deadlift.
