Yesterday was the last episode of Young Justice.

I remember watching the 1st 2 eps back in 2011, thinking it'd wouldn't hold up to the batman/justice league/jlu I grew up with. How wrong I was.

It radically changed my view on it with those 1st two eps. It introduced characters I'd never heard of and ultimately proved it was better than all the shows of dc before it. The voice acting alone won it, big names like crispin freeman, nolan north and so many to write down.

Then there's the high quality animation, still a cartoon but it definitely has anime influence and the references to other shows are awesome! The thing I love most are the story-lines that interconnect and the ultimate finale of each season.

I don't deny there are flaws with the show, i.e. the time-skip between season 1 & 2, that events happen in the comic series that runs along side the show, which the viewer knows nothing about if they haven't read it. Ultimately though these don't ruin the show but enhances it.

I'm still hoping that dc/wb/cn will come to their senses and continue a third season of Young Justice. I know that it's probably close to 99.99999999999999% chance it will never return, but I just don't believe that these companies can ignore what they have, which is the best version of the DC universe imaginable.
That being said, so many shows ended when they still deserved more eps/continuation.

What's your view? Does it deserve more? Did it exceed your expectations over other dc animated shows?

Great series that just wasn't given a far shot by the President of Cartoon Network Stuart Snyder, who never lets shows gain a following before cutting it.

I REALLY enjoy this show, it shows a lot of different sides to the characters
Everything from SuperBoy dealing with Superman not accepting him, to Kid Flash and his crazy personality, and then the flat out wipe the floor with the badguys characters like Artemis, AquaLad and Robin/Night Wing

Alas I haven't gotten to see most of the episodes as of recently because my family changed the cable service sigh

I'd still be much happier knowing the series was continuing

Never heard of infinite. I know they're still making the video game, legacy, that explains the back story to several characters joining the team for invasion as well as character deaths between seasons!

wth is cn doing wth did cnreal last that long wth did they even think about it 1st teen titans then Young Justice now GL:TAS seriously cn you canned 3 good shows at least give teen titans 1 more season to wrap it up before axing it on a cliffhanger and both shows i mention were infinitely better then test Johnnt test has no plot he annoying whinny brat and you can watch the show in random order with almost no effect it was worse then they decide to marathon it.

Apparently this is the reason why there hasn't been a season 3:

Basically they don't care if people watch the show, they just care about the selling of it's merchandise.

But I love the show. I actually went back and just finished watching all of JL/JLU and I believe that YJ is definitely better.

I have hopes that Young justice will be continued either as a series or as a few ovas/movies.
I honestly see Warner Bros not missing the chance to have this, CN is another matter altogether. They've messed up too many shows already.

Call me naive, but with that kind of ending, they definitely have a story already cooked and ready. It's just a matter of whom will listen to the fans.
