Sadly it doesn't. It would've made the game much more enjoyable since I don't understand Japanese.

Would have been an almost instant buy if it had english subtitles. I'm also surprised they didn't make this for Vita or PS3, instead of the PSP.

Unfortunately the PSP is still a big thing in Japan. Personally I think producing games for an older hand-held when the Vita is out is one of Sony's downfalls.
