A loser boy age 21 goes to university to start a new life!
But in reality, he still is the same old loser kid who left the ghetto, but in a new city
Then he came upon some class mates in his major in school who seemed intrigued to know this young man.
He feels a sort of joy that someone would put some time into getting to know him.
But alas, he still doesn't make the move to become friends with them for he is a shy loner in life.
Will the life of this young man change in the near future?? Will he man up to ask for even a number to stay connected?!
Stay tuned for the next chapter of: The Boy Inside the Man!! part 2

I thank you for your time

Well, I guess I'd have to start from the beginning.

"It began 17 years ago, a baby was being brought out from the darkness, and into the light. And thus, Mark was born and his legacy begins."

That's all for now :]

I have often sked myself that same question. I have written it several times in my head and It would certainly be a tl;dr situation. My life isn't the most interesting but I have my moments, none of which I feel like posting.

Born in central Pennsylvania; moved to a new school in second grade and made "friends" who constantly made fun of my face, which in turn led to my development of social anxiety, which then led to them making fun of my introverted personality as I struggled desperately to fit in. Due to my shyness and the small school that it was, I never tried to make new friends and the idea that I was an inferior human being gradually began to sink in until I was convinced that almost everybody was better than me. I went through puberty thinking that no girl would ever possibly like me, so I never tried masturbating and I didn't bother to learn about all the sexual terms and lifestyle elements that my friends knew about, which added to my feeling of isolation. I never got invited to parties or anything outside of school, I was basically just the kid at school and on the team that was there to make everyone else feel good about themselves. By the time I was a senior in high school I gave up trying to fit in and basically resorted to ignoring people as much as I possibly could, completely convinced that I could never make any friends and have any kind of social life whatsoever. I was ok with this until my second year of college when I had a roommate that constantly brought friends over and had sex with his girlfriend, then for the next one and a half years I wished I was dead as I wanted to have a social life so badly, but was convinced that I was an inferior person and nobody wanted to be my friend.

Then I began reading books, and in doing so I began to see life from a different perspective. I eventually read enough literature to see the truth about life, which led to me overcoming any fear that I held before. Now I live a fulfilling and meaningful life as I wait to see what the future of my college education holds.

Born in Florida. Parents divorced when i was 1. Mother was a drug addict so i lived with father. Move to Texas because my father got a job programming machines. Company went bankrupt so we moved to what some would call the ghetto( government housing.) Straight A student till i discovered girls. Lost virginity at 12 in the 6th grade. Grades went down hill. Started hanging around wrong crowd and ended up with a record. 11th grade was being scouted by several college football teams but sadly got my girl at the time pregnant. Graduated and got straight into 2 full time jobs.Had another child. Worked my way up at a chemical manufacturing plant and quit second job. DEC 2012 i bought my first home for my wife and kids. next plan to buy my father his dream house in the country before i turn 30. That's my life in a nut shell.

My job is actually one of the last things I tell people when meeting them. People think my job is something little kids do so I don't like mentioning it.
Now I'm intrigued! I also get the same reaction when I mention what I'm studying

I'll tell you my job if you tell me what you are studying.

You will be very disappointed when you actually find out what it is though.

Sure! I'm studying Children's Literature and my thesis is on fantasy fiction when I talk about what I'm doing, the first reaction I get is 'Oh you're so lucky you get to read Harry Potter and The Hobbit all day long' - (I wish!).

Hmm. First thing that came to mind was that I have no clue what that would involve. xD I don't think it ever would have crossed my mind that it would be as simple as reading things like that all day.

As for me, well, I deliver newspapers. It isn't great because a lot of people don't even consider it a real job but it beats not having any income at all.
