What's up with teens today?

This isnt new. Teenage girls have been extremely overcritical of their bodies for quite some time. Funny thing is that its never been about what guys like about them physically. Its always about what other females think about them. Too many females care way too much about how other females perceive them. It makes no sense to me.

No!!!!!!!!!!!! This is stupid. Seriously, I would rather date a girl who is slightly overweight than a girl who is too skinny. That picture just makes her look like a 9 year old boy with skinny jeans. Stop it.

You are probably too old for her anyways ).

That is perfectly fine by me. She's probably too young for skinny jeans anyway.

It's actually the same thing with guys, though. Like, when a man works out a lot and gets a 6-pack or whatever, he normally gets way more compliments and touches from other men than women. I think it's mainly because one gender is much more liable to listen to or mimic those of the same to impress the opposite gender, if that makes any sense. It can be argued why someone doesn't ask the opposite for their opinion, then well, I'm not too sure on that one. XD

i hate most of the girls my age. Worrying about stuff like this doesn't really change your future. :/

I never expected Chicken Legs to be a perceived desirable trait.

Seriously. Super skinny people are no fun to cuddle with. Think about it, who has a rock hard cuddle pillow or teddy bear? Even women complain if their husbands are too rock hard. It's a common complaint from spouses and girlfriends of male long distance runners who have virtually no body fat.

I dunno about other straight guys but I couldnt care less about what other men think about me. Just because men will compliment other men on their physique doesnt mean that men are concerned with theyre physical appearance for validation from other men. Strength, maybe but I dont know if we all really care what another guy thinks about how we look. Thats just me though.

Of course I didn't mean everybody of either gender. xD But there are many insecure individuals, and well, I'm sure you know what I'm gonna say. ;P But I like the use of the word validation, though. c:
