Did you ever wished to end Sword Art Online any other way, than what you did? If so,what would've been your ideal ending?

I pose my question to Mr. Kawahara:

For the SAO arc's final boss, Heathcliff, I felt he was shone in a more sympathetic/positive light by the conclusion of the ALO arc if I recall correctly. I'm curious why, since he was at - least indirectly - responsible for the deaths of over 2000 people while they were trapped in the SAO death game he engineered. I enjoyed his character arc vastly more than the one presented in ALO, but this aspect always nagged at me as odd.

On a more personal note, I really love the character designs for this series and wanted to commend you on their uniqueness and memorability.

Reki Kawahara:
How long did the concept of Sword Art Online take you? Also did you enjoy more the anime or manga? Or Light novel?

For Reki Kawahara:

When adapting the manga Sword Art Online to an Anime. Where there any character arcs or plot lines that had to be reduced or eliminated in the transition. That you would have wished stayed in the story?

Is there anything in Sword Art Online you wished you wrote differently and could change now?
What was the hardest part of writing Sword Art Online?

Do you like that your mangas have been made into animes? Would you ever like your works to be remade into other forms as well?

Do you play online games regularly or have you in the past?

If there was a full virtual world game like SAO would you play it?

Reki Kawahara:
What made you decide to place both Sword Art Online and Accel World in the same world/universe?
Do you think there will be new seasons for both animes?

Dear Mr. Kawahara.

With the success of Sword Art Online and Accel World, would you like to see your novels be released in North America?
Because I know I would! =D

What was the point of introducing new female characters that fall for Kirito when in the end he is already dedicated to Asuna? Why isn't there more male characters that aren't lame compared to Kirito?

Excuse you

I think everyone agrees that he was weak compared to Kirito...

Besides he had little screen time.

Klein really should have been in it more
I thought he was pretty badass himself though
He did have his own guild after all

Reki Kawahara:
What's with all the pointless rape at the end there, guy? Were you trying to up the stakes by trivializing sexual assault, or was it just fetish pandering like the incest subplot?

To Reki Kawahara

How did he come up for the designs of his Charters? What inspired him to create Kirito And Asuna?
Will there be a season 2 of SAO?

Reki Kawahara, Why did you introduce so many love interests if Kirito has already chosen Asuna? Why did you change Asuna's hair color to blue?

I don't know if this was already asked because i didn't read all the previous questions but
To Reki Kawahare:
How did you think of SAO? Did it come from a game you played? A manga you read/Anime you watched? A book? Not just the big idea but smaller things like why the steel castle as the "world" in the Sword Art Online game? And fairies? I have not seen those in awhile so I wonder did it come from something you fancied at the time?
