Really old Goth band that I like ... The Cure.

Their music is ever so cheesy in many, many ways (lyrics especially), but I love it to death. Most people when they listen to The Cure hate Robert Smith's vocal style. I admit, that I didn't care for it when I first heard it as well. Almost a feign falsetto at times ... but it grew on me.

Probably my one guilty pleasure in my music collection. They are an absolute bore in concert, but I love their studio work.

The Benchwarmers

My parents say the comedy is too cheesy, but who cares about what my parents think?

MY LIFE.
I LOVE The Cure. Now as you explain, it is pretty cheesie... But I just love that song Just Like Heaven. It's my childhood. My Mom was such a goth in the 80's, so of course she passed on her wondrous music tastes to me.

Sometimes when I am at the school library i will pick up a Captain Underpants book and start reading it. I would even do that little excessive flipping of the pages during the fight scenes.
I would also play Donkey Konga from time to time. It's a fun game but really silly with the bananas and bongos.

Sometimes I like to watch things like Blue's Clues, but I openly admit to it/watch it in front of my roommates all the time. I guess I have no shame
As for anime, I've been made fun of for liking Fruits Basket, but I've had the DVDs since middle school and I still watch them from time to time.
