I like 温泉玉子。In English Hot Spring Egg. The romaji would be onsen tamago. They are amazing and my favorite method to eat eggs.

scrambled, shredded cheese, with fried onions if available, sausage pieces, and lots of tabasco.

I'd eat eggs alone with just cheese and tabasco but I really like it mixed up with other foods, even if its a fried egg, I cut it up and stir it around in the yellow yolk and then put it on buttered wheat toast.

...

now I'm hungry.

No, he was an unfortunate play on words..

first I gotta be stone sober to deal with eggs...

I like MY eggs outside of the hen, first rule..
squeezing them them out of the the hen is pure Hell
and the rooster does not like it (neither does the hen).etc..

after that, I can't remember what I do with eggs..
something...

ah! throw them..
