Do you want Naruto to end? (anime and manga)

It has to end soon anyway. After this great war the biggest part of the antagonists will be dead, Naruto will become hokage and everybody will live in peace. So I don't really see a point to continue it after that. It is an amazing anime but all good things must come to an end sooner or later.

Hah, even if there was a perfect place to put a cap on it, they still will continue naruto if they can, i gave up on naruto A LONG TIME AGO, do i even want to count how many total episodes, chapters, characters, etc in naruto? I never plan on catching up either since it would take years just to get closer to the current episode or chapter, naruto had a good run but now.......just stop.

Just watch the latest episode, you won't have missed anything important.

Come on guys, Naruto was fun for a while but it overstayed it's welcome. The Chuunin Exams and The Sasuke Retrieval arcs were the absolute high point of the story. Each battle was very strategic and smartly put together. Every character got to shine not just naruto. but after that it failed to impress with the tailed beasts, rescue arcs, Naruto and Sasuke got all the spotlight every other character in part 1 has been forgotten and every fight has become dbz level of 'MY X NO JUTSU IS STRONGER THAN YOUR Y NO JUTSU!!!'

And the war arc is actually nostalgia bait. Its like the author is saying:'Hé remember all those cool characters I made before my writing sucked? I'll bring em back.' Naruto is like watching an old turtle die,It's painfully slow and you want to put it out of it's misery. Atleast there's Hunter x Hunter...

The show, if you skip the fillers, wouldn't take any time at all to complete. I just rewatched the entire story in a couple months. Reading the whole manga, if you have a source for that, wouldn't take much time either.....unless you are a slow reader. I'd wager a couple weeks to read up to date.

Either way, there isn't much left to the story seemingly, you could just wait for it to finish and just marathon through the non-filler storyline.

Now this I can agree with. The Chuunin Exams was one of the best arcs and kept me motivated enough to watch all the way towards where we are at today.

I'm guessing most already know the below but just to be nice to those that might not i put the comment in a spoiler :)

I believe you have to end it with the full circle where they are the older ones with kids, etc. and show their kids training to be ninjas again. Not sure how it will end up but we will have to have some new enemies comes out of no where for it to continue... unless madara lives on after this war.

I'd like Naruto to continue. I still haven't seen enough ninja fights. Most episodes are either fillers, shinobi looking at each other for 1-2 minutes, talking really slowly, or the fights Naruto has with others are a bit plain. After all, he does have only 2 jutsu that he uses (rasengan and shadow clones). I just wish he can learn at least a few more jutsu. Or at least learn a new chakra type, so that he can combine the both and create a new element the way Yamato does with water and earth. I'd hate to see Naruto a Hokage with rasengan and shadow clones (and the jutsu where the toad uses water gun while Naruto strengthens it by pouring his wind chakra into the toad, thus making the water gun stronger). What I want to see is more of the anime, not an end to it. In my opinion, If it ends after the war it would be an incomplete anime. It would really be a disappointment worse than Bleach was for me. Bleach anime ended with Ichigo being ordinary (having less power than he did when fighting Aizen) while the manga still continues. I don't read manga because I can't read the suspense and emotions off a page. I'm also having a hard time understanding/deciphering what the pictures are trying to show.

To summarize, Naruto looks like a teen now. I want to see him grown up and not in Shippuuden's last episode with a title "15 Years Later". The way it went from Naruto to Naruto Shippuuden. I feel this anime is so very unique that I wouldn't mind being 30 years old when the final episode is released (I am 24 at the moment). Thank you for reading so much useless information and I apologize for destroying so much time from your lifespan.

No

I give you this answer only because...

Because.......

Because...the games are amazing!

Yeah...th-that's totally why

But seriously
If Naruto weren't so hyped and joked about I MIGHT actually like it.
However I don't usually like shounen so I'm not sure on that fact

And yes, I actually enjoy the games

In regards to the current series, yes. With the manga where it is at, not much left to be said or explained. Just follow thru and start up a spin off with a new character from one of the villages. Maybe, several gens later with someone from the Leaf.

I don't want the manga to end (because there's none of that filler crap).
If they don't want the anime to catch up, I wouldn't care if I had to wait for weeks for a REAL EPISODE. These filler runs are killing me.

Haven't watched the anime in years, so I can't say anything about that...but fucking hell this series can go.

When it comes to battles and ninja strategy Kishimoto is a fucking genius, every single fight you watch just keeps you at the edge of your seat because it's not just random fighting, it's heavily strategic articulated chess matches, why can't Masashi Kishimoto take that brilliant aspect that he applies to his fights and apply that to his story and character?

I don't want Naruto to end, I just want someone who can write it better than Kishimoto
