I didn't do anything crazy/fun on my 18th birthday. I had already done enough wild stuff before that age to last me a lifetime, so me being finally legal to do (some) of that stuff didn't matter lol.
I loved my mom and dad but I couldn't wait to move out, so 4 days after I turned 18 I signed my lease for my new apartment. I already felt like an adult prior to becoming 18. I had worked my butt off during school and took extra summer classes so I could get all of my credits faster and graduate 6 months earlier. So I was 17 with a full time job and I saved up my money so I could afford to move out. It wasn't all sunshine and roses though, it was a struggle at times, but I wouldn't change it

I did precisely nothing on my birthday, Probably watched some anime though, you see I started getting into anime hardcore around christmas last year so yeah. Or I might have been playing WoW but I was on a shitty single core processor computer since I was on vacation so I didn't play too much.

I'm not the norm but I'm willing to share my experience. When I turned 18, I was in Japan, so I hit every electronic store I could find and picked up a few things. The rest was spending time with the family. Oh, and we went out to a ramen restaurant in Tokyo because I always wanted try that (awesome by the way!). To tell the truth, I didn't really feel any older. I know I got taller and that people older than me still treated me like an inexperienced newborn baby that they needed to spread their knowledge about (pretty much the norm for any young person). I was still in college so I didn't get to enjoy it for long before having to get back to work. As for acting like an adult, I keep a level of maturity about myself so I already had that under my belt. But if you're asking if I acted like an adult, I say a yes but more so, I just acted like myself, which I like being better. As for moving out, I was in Japan and no funds, so I stayed with the family. Even now, I know they're being gracious as I look for employment. I make sure though to do my share of chores because of my parent's kindness. As for the maturity, I answered that before. I still keep that level of respect and maturity because that's a part of who I am.

MY 18th birthday was just a couple weeks ago (May 11). Went out to dinner with my friends and that was about it.
Honestly, birthdays feel like just another ordinary day to me. I don't know when I'll feel like an adult, to be honest. I'll always be a kid at heart

I'll be going away for college next year, which isn't really moving out since I'll be back home for breaks. I'll get my own place after I have a good paying job and am out of college (or have a good job and someone to live with).
I think I act mature already (been that way for years now) but whenever I'm with my friends, I like to act goofy and unwind. I'll probably stay that way until the day I die. But who knows, things change with time.

Congrats on the birthday! Sounds like you had fun- I've never been to Olive Garden, although I've heard it's really great.

What do you think your 18th birthday will be like?

Hmm... well, I'm pretty young so I don't know who I'll be friends with at this time and how different I'll be. But I'll expect to definitely be with my family (will my parents be divorced by then? maybe) at some type of Hibachi or something. I'll be happy, but upset and panicky in the same breath to leave my family.

Sorry, I didn't celebrate my 18th birthday, so I couldn't really give you my opinion. I didn't celebrate it because I think celebrating birthday is stupid, and most people just wants some excuse to get attention. Same thing goes for my 19th birthday, and will be the same for my 20th.

Birthdays are nothing special. They're just something the marketing people come up with to fool people into thinking that it's a special occasion, and with any special occasion, you spend hundreds of dollars buying gifts for a certain person who will not like the gift and will just thank you and say some cliche stuff like "it's the thought that counts"

For my 18th Birthday I just sat at home on the computer while the rest of my family was gone for a basketball tournement for my brother. It sure was a lonely birthday. :/

I'm under 18 (a bit), but I graduated high school when I was 15 and went straight to college, and worked part-time as a full-time student after I was 16. For my birthday, I plan to move to an apartment that very morning. Nothing much should change with the exception of legal matters.

Ate out at a Vietnamese restaurant with close friends, had the luck of being served food by a hot waiter, then went home to marathon Law and Order SVU with my best friend. It was the perfect day.

I'll probably just get drunk and mess around on a game or something.

I already live alone, so there's no need for me to move out.

I cannot even remember what I did, something involving chilling with my friends. And I still live at home and still going to school for my Masters degree now. Lived on campus for part of my undergrad but now back at home to save money
