Nice, Valvrave and Mushibugyo were ones I was hoping to see! I hope you guys are at least able to get Gargantia as well. That one looks like one of the best shows this season. I have a feeling this'll be another big season in terms of good shows, though.

I feel sorry for all the people who will be infinitely confused by what happens in Oreimo S2 if they've only watched it on CR. So much missing story 4 episodes in fact.

The OVAs were more of an alternate way things went, if i recall right. If that is true, then they will not be missing anything.

It's called the True Route for a reason, that is how the LNs go and the second season will pick up from there.

After overcoming the crisis of Kirino suddenly leaving to study abroad, what kind of craziness will her ‘life counseling’ cause next!

As the write up states it will be. In the anime ending on CR she doesn't leave.

Well then there is a chance that the OVAs will be here, or the first episode or two will cover it. Either way i am set as i have watched them. Now i just need to buy more of the mangas to show support... Only bought the first one so far.

When will Crunchyroll announce the shows that are continuing for Q2/Spring 2013? For some of them, like Magi and Little Busters it seems it could either end next week or continue for another quarter. Does anyone know?

The lineup page shows the continuing titles: http://www.crunchyroll.com/lineup

Occasionally "continuing" titles are licensed as new seasons, and those will be announced in the same way new simulcasts are.

To see how many episodes there are in a show, and when the last one will air, the info at Countdown (URLs below) is pretty good. The first link is for stuff that has already ended (scroll down to see March). The second link shows everything, but if you mouse over, the final episode date will be displayed along with some other info.

Haiyore! is pretty much a given.

Samurai Girls is almost a certain to be licensed by Sentai, as TAN simulcast the first series. The question is, will it be a TAN exclusive this time? If CR gets it, will they also get the first series (and would it be the uncensored version TAN only shows in dub format)?

The continuing shows are listed in the top section of the lineup page, which has been up since last week.

FYI, Magi isn't continuing now, but will continue in the fall:

Little Busters is scheduled to end with episode 26.

Actually, the OVAs were what actually happened. Episode 12 of the TV version is an alternate to what happened.

The OVAs introduce a plot-important character named Sena Akagi(the imouto of Kyousuke's best friend). She is also a fujoshi and well...I won't spoil the rest. Let's just say that they serve as foils to Kyousuke and Kirino.

Also Kuroneko transfers to Kyousuke's school and we learn her real name(Ruri Gokou). She looks very cute in a school uniform and you see what her eyes look like without the contacts.

Yeah, the 1st episode could try to condense what happened in the OVAs but with 13+3 episodes to cover what they can until the end of the series...you're going to run into pacing issues.

That's Aiuru and Sparrow's Hotel. I count them as one-tenth of a series, so in my count its 2.2 out of 3.2.

Or if you want to do it like football standings, W-L-D (with a Draw being a short series), its 2-1-2.

Edited: I miscounted Sparrow's Hotel ~ I wasn't interested in it myself, so didn't look closely enough. Its a short too.

Only one comment, I assume as For Oreimo 2 is the only anime that keikawa didn't give regions about it will be a US only showing.

I made the same mistake. Reread it with the missing paragraph break put in:

keikawa wrote:
Sparrow's Hotel will be available to worldwide audiences starting on Tuesday April 9 at 5:30 am PDT.

Starting on Saturday April 6 at 10:30 am PDT, Oreimo 2 will be available in the following territories: USA, Canada, UK, Ireland, South Africa, Australia, New Zealand, Norway, Sweden, Finland, Denmark, Central and South America.

keikawa ended the "Sparrow's Hotel" entry line on a closing color tag, and without a blank line in between the Crunchyroll BBcode translator eats that line return.
