I left out Ribbon-chan, as no simulcast could be expected for it (being an English-teaching series targeted at children), and anything premiering later than this month.

Judging by Season 1, and Season 2 Episode 1, it most certainly is not targeted at children (S1 E2 lesson: "I like you as much as EROGE!").
Plus, it airs in the dead of night with other otaku-oriented anime.

Although, since Season 1 was never simulcasted, I highly doubt Season 2 will be.

YAMISHIBAI: JAPANESE GHOST STORIES isn't a new summer title right? I don't remember this from the summer chart or lineup.

It was only announced a few days ago, so it hasn't been added to any of the charts yet.

You're correct about the time it airs; an oversight on my part.

I thought I recalled ANN stating it was a program to help teach English to kids, but either my memory was mistaken, or perhaps they were.

Or perhaps Oreimo is more realistic than we realize and Kirino is an average Japanese girl... Jodan, jodan LOL

In other news, not new but first time legally streamed to North America, Daisuki adds Gundam ZZ:

Well I knew they were aiming for a season 2, but I certainly wasn't expecting an announcement so soon! OwO

Nice to see that I was wrong about Watamote. Now I'm curious as to why - the 12 hour delay would suggest that it's not TV Tokyo, so that leaves either Mediafactory splitting their simulcasts up for the first time (Kadokawa done it too this season), CR getting it from neither TV Tokyo or Mediafactory (the 12 hour delay does seem like showgate, but I can't find any evidence of them) or Funi getting Neptunia from someone other than Mediafactory.

Lineup page is somewhat updated to reflect that after all of the Anime Expo announcements, Crunchyroll still has at least one more simulcast to announce.

Makai Ouji page is up: http://www.crunchyroll.com/makai-ouji-devils-and-realist
Eccentric Family page also(YTV is the publisher): http://www.crunchyroll.com/the-eccentric-family

I'm not sure why I didn't notice that earlier. YTV has basically owned that timeslot since Spring 2011 (Hanasaku Iroha, Lagrange, Hiiro no Kakera, Gargantia). The only other anime that has been in that timeslot since then is Da Capo (Da Capo III and a rerun of Da Capo II).

I really thought that Funi would get Blood Lad, and that Viz was concentrating on Neon Alley, rather than simulcasts. Viz's simulcasts tend to be on time, unlike Funi's, at least.

The 7 AX CR announcements have pretty good regions, except for Watamote, which has the usual English speaking countries license. Can someone confirm that Eccentric Family really is Mexico and South America but not Central America? It seems like a very odd restriction.

As I mentioned in the Site News section, CR hasn't gotten a "Wow, I didn't think they would get that!" title yet this season. I don't count Monogatari Second, as I expected from the way the original announcement that Daisuki would be simulcasting it that it didn't preclude CR getting it on a delayed basis, although the length of the delay surprised me. (I was thinking a week, maybe two).

There are 3 series I currently have in mind that would fit the "Wow, I didn't think they would get that":

1. Symphogear G
2. Futari wa Milky Holmes
3. A midseason pickup of Yamato 2199

Regarding the first two, while the expectation has been that Funimation would get these, due to have the previous series, it was pointed out to me that Funimation had not picked up home video rights for these. While I couldn't find any case of Funimation simulcasting a sequel of any show they had simulcast but not picked up the rights to, I also didn't find a case of where they passed on the sequel of a show they simulcast but didn't pick up the rights to.

Even before the fact both shows had not been licensed for home video was brought to my attention, I was having doubts about Funimation getting the next Milky Holmes. Apparently the show didn't do very well for CR. That no doubt resulted in them putting in a low MG bid for the next series, which is why NicoNico.com was able to grab it. As NicoNico.com was more in "get what we can" mode like CR, rather than their Funico partner Funimation's more "pick and choose" method, Funimation ended up with a title they probably would not have picked on their own.

That said, I would be very surprised if CR got it even if Funimation passes on it, since due to the popularity of the series in Japan, there is a good chance the publisher is still asking too high a minimum guarantee for how it would likely perform.

For Symphogear G, however, I think CR would jump on it like the proverbial duck on a june bug if Funimation passed on it. That wouldn't make it any less of a surprise. Frankly, I would be less surprised if Funimation not only licensed it for simulcast, but announced a home video release license for the first series at the same time.

I added the mid-season pickup of Yamato because Little Busters showed us it is possible, and I would be very surprised if it happened, but also very happy.

During the time I've been on CR this morning, the lineup page has progressed from only showing 3 of the 7 series announced yesterday to showing 5. Hopefully within the next hour or so they will add the final 2.

I had predicted CR would end up with about 25 new simulcasts, and if you subtract the J-drama, that is exactly the number of boxes we are currently left with. To be honest, I wouldn't mind at all if CR shot past that number, but I don't see much more they will likely get.

All but TWGOK3 have a box now and that one should be easy as there is already a TWGOK page for the first two seasons... That will leave one box... unless they add more.

After adding in TWGOK3 (which seems to be missing from the lineup page at this moment), there's still one more box left. There are two significant shows that have not been announced yet: Gatchaman Crowds (Sentai recently licensed the original Gatchaman series', so a simulcast of this new series wouldn't be too far-fetched) and Kimi no Iru Machi (TV Tokyo, same timeslot as Leviathan and Letter Bee). Could be either-or, or both!
