when some one reaches the end of there fuse with me, I cry not because i'm sad or upset because I want to beat the living shit out of somebody but my conscience wont let me because it knows that would be a battery and it doenst want to go to jail, but to make it seem creepy as hell I add a evil grin to it, trust me best way to deal with stress let it out, cry your face out scream and shout yell till you cant talk for a day, don't bottle up stress let it out and forget it

crying doesn't fit you so well when your a guy lol.

just buy a punching bag or something ...and punch it till you cool down ...it will be practice too .and just incase do some regular breathing exercise like take a deep breath and hold it for a sec and let it out ...do it for like whenever you feels anything .....anger, nervousness, self conscious ,sad ...etc if nothing then you just have to throw some punches and get some from him ....sometimes its just best to let your self be wild and hit the gear ..the result wont matter ....

i usually just watch a funny lighthearted anime xD
Punching my bed also helps sometimes, or throwing stuff around and scream >< Just let out the anger on something else and then forget about it I guess

Nah, nah, kidding. I just rationalize what's going on and that usually help. Strangely, I run my face a lot to calm down too. I have a soothing touch I guess.

Thanks for all the tips guys, after some sleep I calmed down a lot and I feel much better now. I really don't think that my roommate was as much of a problem as was the anxiety attack. Anyway we had a bit of a talk today, I told him why I was annoyed and he apologized for taking it too far. I still don't like him but at least he saved himself from getting the shit kicked out of him.

Oh and the test I was trying to study for got postponed till next week so that helped too!

Yo. Seems like roommate problems haven't improved. Was it an argument towards a resolution or just a breaking point?

Either way:

Chocolate is proven to improve moods. Some kind of biological magic going on there. It's a personal favorite of mine. The meditation is up to you.

Something warm usually helps. Coffee, tea, hot....chocolate, etc. Helps with physical tension which is good because if your body is overly tense you can get headaches or migraines. Hot shower/bath also helps on this level.

I unfortunately tend to pace or just get lost in videogames. The monotonousness <--(I find it hard to believe that this is a word) helps take my mind off of things. But finding something like that forces the mind to focus on one thing and pushes out everything else. Physical activities are the best at accomplishing that.

My number 1 suggestion would have to be cooking. It combines thought activities with physical interactions and you reward yourself at the end. Baking is pretty much the same thing if not better. It takes more time to prepare what you want and, unless you're a health nut, you get better outcomes. Maybe practice making that homemade Mac and Cheese. Or go chocolate overload with Double Fudge Brownies. Pop couple chicken breasts in the oven with some breadcrumbs and parmesan and you got yourself a full on meal.

You sir, have just given me my gameplan for this weekend. If my family wasn't moving and I had a fridge with food and supplies, I would be eating like a king tonight.

I agree *^* I agree *^* Nicely said, Romulus~ *^*d But I guess he has no time for cooking haha
