I usually take deep breaths, and I do something called "cat's breath," where I inhale , and exhale through my teeth. And if that doesn't work, I meditate for 5-10 minutes. If I'm in the comfort of my home, and I start having panic attacks, I burn some incense and meditate.

Balance a staff and count to 100 without losing it to the ground. *just did that*
Helps me relaxing my mind. Just focusing on counting one two three and so on. While trying to close your eyes and not lose the balance on the staff while standing straight up without moving a muscle. Getting bored and starting to stress. I did and almost lost the balance before reaching 100. Would be sour if I came to 99 and lost the balance. Lol. maybe next time I will count from 100 and to zero. >>

I try to sleep and try to let my mind go blank about my problem and hopefully I'll forget about it. I take warm baths on occasions to help calm down but most of the time sleeping just dose the trick.
