Anyways, a good 20 mile bike ride calms me down.
Or a nice fap, anime show, or taking a walk.

Listening to aggressive music helps me. When I'm really angry I leave to take a breather. I don't think rationally when I'm angry. I just want to hurt the person in the fight as much as they've hurt me. My mouth has no filter when I'm in that kind of mood. It's terribly self-destructive.

I don't get angry (Don't get me wrong I DO get irritated constantly). It clouds the judgement, and I like to command my emotions at every moment. If I do get "angry" to tap into adreneline (usually by listening to a certain playlist on my iphone) when lifting weights I calm down afterward by controlling my breathing (which in turn slows down your heart rate) and then drinking some cold water.

i like to listen to an entire album. like i just lay down on the ground with a really good pair of headphones and just listen to something for 30-50 minutes. usually mellows me out pretty well.

Sex. Sex produces Oxytocin which acts as a natural tranquilizer, lowering blood pressure, blunting sensitivity to pain and stress, and inducing sleep. Sex also produces elevated levels of Serotonin which causes a deep feeling of calmness, satisfaction and release from stress. Anti-depressant drugs like Prozac are designed to increase levels of serotonin that activities like sex naturally produce.

Also, Oxytocin and Serotonin are main-ingredients in much of our pain killers and headache medications. So guys, protip: If your woman doesn't want to put out because she says she has a "headache" lay some science down on her... and then pull out the sofa bed.

Breath deeply in and out and, if I can, escape to the internets. Or, I often talk to my mother. I'm usually a very stressed and panicky person.
