I would think lifting some weights, punching some shit, or running until exausted would work. It's what i do, i can't stand trying sleep or relax when i get anxiety.

surprisingly if I ever get mad, which happens on very very rare occasion, I just need a cold shower(or a bucket of cold water/pool).

I'm a bat-shit crazy ball of fury when I get mad, so I tend not to get mad, just annoyed at worst.

Well, depending how angry (or being influenced by other negative feelings) I am.
I go out and have a long rung (between 10 and 20 km). Basicaly I put all my stress and anger into workout.
Sometimes it doesn't work so I take a break, go in atrium and read a book or I watch movie or anime
It's also relaxing to take a walk into the forest nearby. I'm that kinda person that keeps his thoughts and feelings inside. I don't open to my family either.

I do exactly the same, weights or pushups till i can't think straight always does the trick.
