I listen to the Kids On The Slope soundtrack in my car and just drive around town. If I'm feeling to amped up with whatever is bothering me then I hit the batting cages and hit the crap out of those balls

(when angry) I type insults and crap that I want to say to a person's face, or get a stress ball, or crumple a piece of paper.
(when stressed) I call my mom. (Seriously, moms have this sort of ability that makes your worries disappear)
(negative feelings in general) I listen to instrumental music and songs that I love. Sometimes, I play them myself (violin)

Listening to music, preferably 30 Seconds to Mars or Boys Like Girls. I also like to sleep for a while to forget whatever I'm worried about at the time. Last but not least, prayer totally works for me.

If your alone then just let all the fury out punch and kick wat ever you want if your not alone then watch anime that you like if that doesn't work then. start doing push ups until your arms hurt and get numb by doing that you will tire yourself out and you won't have enough energy to be angry plus it will be a good workout.

Usually what I do when I get angry is to drink some water, tell myself to calm down, and close my eyes for a minute. xD
