Just contact support using the contact us link on the bottom of the page. I don't think they have phone support.

What if you can't get past the recaptcha part of the submission because it keeps reloading the page. I just want someone to fix my issues and can't even submit my problem.

send an email to [email protected] from the (hopefully verified) email address associated with your account and fill in the values from the web submit form given above where you can. Include pasting in the system detection details from that form as well.

I've sent crunchyroll several emails over the past few days and no responses and my videos still won't play on my que. If I can't get them to fix them I'm not paying for something I can't use.

My ps3 and galaxy s4 apps won't play videos in my que list. Keep getting video player error please try again. I uninstall and reinstall and that doesn't fix it for either app.

Okay, that info actually helps.
I've seen a couple of reports like that this weekend and already reported it to the devs earlier. They should be taking a look at it once they get back into the office on Monday. As I cannot offer you an immediate fix, I can only apologize for the inconvenience caused.

Ok thank you. I'm just glad someone finally responded. I saw sending e-cards over the past few days and getting no responses. Was worried they weren't getting through or just being over looked. Thank you again.

It seems that Time Warner's DNS service is faulty, which results in Time Warner customers not being able to resolve the IPs of our services properly.

Switching to a public DNS service, such as Google's, should work as a fix.
