I've been trying to contact you I don't want this account anymore. I need to cancel, it I no longer can continue paying so please take me off !

CR doesn't offer phone support. If you need to get in touch with customer service, use the /contact form.

Is there a reason you can't cancel it yourself?:

Also, if by chance you are paying via iTunes, you'll need to cancel it there. If you were paying via PayPal, there is a way to cancel your payments even if the process isn't working on CR's side.

I think its terrible that you guys don't have a phone number some stories are way to convoluted and confusing to explain over text. I'd love to see a support line for crunchyroll in the future..

MY issue for example is that I cannot process a payment from my credit card and my bank keeps telling me you folks can fix it and you guys told me they can fix it and a 3 way convo would just be great right now..

I have been trying to get a response from Crunchyroll's Support group since this morning. My account has gone missing (normal UN as Twilight-Kamui). I have created this account to post a comment on the forums.

The number located on Google, does not help- just goes to a VM with access code request. Nor has there been a reply to my email at [email protected]

Any ideas?

Did you receive an autoreply from Crunchy? If so, it should have indicated it could be up to 48 hours (2 business days) for a reply. If not, check your spam filter. (Note that Friday may be an observed holiday, but I don't really know if Crunchyroll support staff will be observing it).

Sometimes shinryou drops by the forums and can help with this sort of thing, but often you will need to wait for a reply directly from support via email.

There is no phone support.

Looks like your credentials were leaked after the hack of another website. Never use the same credentials on multiple services.

I've reverted the email change and changed the password.
Go through the password reset procedure to reclaim your account. Set a new, unique password and do the same on any other site you have been using with the same email/password combo.

Afterwards, check the devices page in the settings and remove any device you do not recognize.
Furthermore run a virus scan on all of your devices to make sure that it was not a local issue.

Your payment details are safe, as we do not show full details to anyone - not even the owner of the account.
