I was very surprised to see that only Brazil got the streaming license from the entire Latin America. I guess we could use some luck from time to time :~

Even though that didn't happen in Winter, it has happened with some frequency for one or two series to be to Brazil rather than all of Latin America.

But anyways, after Showgate's zero for four showing, one from Kodansha and one from GONZO for all of Latin America and the third from Yomiuri TV for Brazil is still a bit of an uptick.

And for everyone who thought that ten new simulcast boxes at the beginning of announcement week meant ten at the end, we're now up to 19 boxes in the new simulcasts section.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
And now they have corrected Gargantia to Latin America. When I get home, I'll look at when was the last time there was a license for Brazil that left out Spanish America and the Caribbean.
I wonder how they missed that, but maybe it started out with Brazil, rolling over a previous contract, and they were able to add Spanish America and the Caribbean in negotiations, and added that at the last minute with a rider.
CORRECTION:
Gargantia on the Verdurous Planet will also be available for Central and South America.
Yup, we can add Yomiuri TV as one of the good guys for Latin American streaming.
Yes, I believe every one of their shows are being streamed to Latin America. Surely this is part of the company's philosophy, since they are focused on international market and translate their shows into over 20 languages. It's good to see big companies like TV TOKYO and Aniplex stepping into that path as well and Showgate has much to learn from them :3
Actually, when I saw they were just streaming to Brasil, I thought they must have broadcast deal in the works somewhere in Spanish America ... but the simpler answer is that either the person writing the announcement misread the license region language or overlooked a contract rider.
Shaping up to be a great season for CR. I'd love to see Yondermasu Yo here. For live action adds I'd love to see the new xxxholic and maybe some Game Center CX love.
Why is Space Brother's time being moved? Not that I'm complaining, It's showing 13 and a half hours earlier which makes me very happy but was CR able to modify the terms and make it closer to it's air time in Japan? Also will this time change be taking affect tomorrow? It still says 11:00 PM EDT for me (which would be 8:00 PM PDT) on the time preview column.
Space Brothers list YTV as the publisher, like Gargantia, so maybe when Crunchyroll was negotiating Gargantia they asked YTV if the materials delivery for Space Brothers could be moved up.
