Maybe, it's because ppl have started to read the manga, instead of waiting for the anime. Some of my friends have stopped watching the anime, because they started reading the manga, apparently the plot gets a little ridiculous when they find out where the titans come from.

Technically no one knows yet "where" they come from.

It's nice seeing the chapters animated all the same; I think 99% of the problem is the DBZ pacing strategy. I think they should've waited a year or two so they had more material and didn't have to restrict themselves to such a slow pace.

Like, everything that's happened so far is great, it should just be happening a lot faster to keep people's attention.

There have been a couple reveals in the manga, but nothing that big yet. Which is another reason I think they should've waited on the anime, because the manga still feels like its powering up, essentially. It'll probably go on for a long time.

Yeah, I'm not sure either, I haven't read the manga. My friends were probably not trying to spoil anything for me, so they might've left out some details. :P

I agree, the pacing held them back a bit. I wouldn't have minded waiting an extra 1 or 2 years, if it meant the pacing would've been better. I think the planning committee is to blame for not preparing well enough, they're also shorthanded on staff which adds to their pacing and production issues e.g. Episode 14 to be a recap -_-

I personally like head on action animations like bleach where the main character is mostly involved and do heroic actions. But when I saw Attack on titan i was like this . I guess I couldn't resist watching cuse when I looked at the clock it was 4 O'Clock in the morning I was awake all that time seeing this GREAT MOVIE . well that was so odd I would usually sleep at 2 but . I guess I really liked it. I got depressed when I saw the kid what was his name? Eeren died ... . though I knew he would face a miracle and survive . well he did and I'm looking forward to see "What Will Happen Next !!!!!"

Complaining about pacing?? You are crazy!? It is 100% normal to take 10 episodes to move a rock. What could be more interesting?

Anyone else notice that one of the 10 Meter Titans looked like the Moe Titan's evil brother in the last episode?
