It's hard to explain the fucked up conversations I have with myself in my own head... I will say this though, it can be very entertaining when I pick a good topic. A debate can rage on for hours... enough to get me through a 9 hour shift at my part-time job.

I hope that the other guy breaks before me, so that when he goes postal I can just slip out and leave.

I basically listen to my favorite songs and search for funny fanmade videos of my biases. Lol. Then, sweets also make me happy somehow.. it relieves stress so I can continue with the day's work. Another one would be sleep. An adequate amount of it will obviously keep you going.

Fruit flavored sweets to wake myself up, (strong flavours make me alert) some coffee and ice cream for breakfast and then dancing to music with motivational words in it.

That is how I set myself up to make it through the day. then a nice shower in the evening and hot chocolate.

It works really good for me. That is how I make it through the day.

I have very very few hard days. because i'm easy going. When i do, i don't talk to someone about it, like if someone i know dies, i have a little cry on my own and get back to what i was doing. I don't like to be upset for more than a few minutes, i actually time myself.

I almost never even think about getting through the day anymore. I love getting up in the morning, I love working, I love relaxing, I love eating, I love it all. I used to dread certain days or certain parts of the day (like the morning, as with many people). I'd say there are a few tricks I've adopted to get past the "get through the day" feeling:

-No drugs. In my case, that was caffeine. Quitting caffeine during college was one of the best decisions of my life...once I got past the withdrawal headache.
-Work out every day. If you have a physical job, this is easy. If not, my goal is to try to build up a sweat for at least a good 10 minutes.
-Eat well. This varies from person to person, but go easy on junk food, at least.
-Challenge yourself. I spend a bit of each day writing down lists of ideas or creating strategy for things. Just like working out especially, you should push yourself a little harder every day.
-Don't dwell on weakness. Focus on your strengths and focus on what you like (they're usually the same thing). If your strengths are strong enough, they'll more than make up for weakness.

I used to have a list of what influenced my quest for constant positivity. I lost it when I moved. These are the five points that stuck with me, though. Just my few cents.

Playing FIFA or CoD, eating chocolate, and watching anime. That's what gets me through every day.

My day starts out like this

Come home from work around 7 or 8am, sometimes later

Think about going to sleep, look at computer, sit down in comfy honda civic seat.

Click random forums and read random articles, occasionally play Aion or some other game

By now it's sometime around 10-11am

Contemplate sleeping, realize I'm not finished watching some Anime titles I'd like to finish so I can continue on with some others I'd like to watch.

1 or 2 pm rolls around if I haven't already gone to sleep.

Decide I either want food, a drink, or sleep.
Decide on something, usually sleep.

Pass out till around 6 or 7pm

stumble around thinking about what to do. Decide to eat something usually.

Get on PC and continue activities from the morning.

Take a shower, get ready for work (or at least think about it)

Go to work, hardly busting my ass off since I'm faster than most anyone there.

Watch youtube and CR at work during my breaks.

Finally get out of work and repeat.

Damn, my life is boring...I need to fix my car so I can go out with the fam :/
