You should go see the doctor. It might worsen if you're not treated properly. Hope you get well soon.

I'm no certified doctor or anything, but you should definitely get that checked. It sounds serious.

I'm no expert, but that sounds like something my Mom had: Norovirus: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Norovirus. Like you, my Mom couldn't eat much for a few days. If it persists, as others have said, go see a doctor.

Probably not norovirus. We had a huge scare in Seattle recently and half my office was impacted by it. Norovirus did a lot more than make people throw up. There was fatigue, and beyond vomiting there was also stuff coming out the other end.

Definitely go to the doctor man. Otherwise eat light food and try to stay away from fatty stuff (like pizza.)

I had something like this happen when I ate gumbo form a farmers market...all natural my ass!! The difference is that I had a head-ache and my eye's were very sensitive to light(with the vomiting and not being able to hold food down). Iv'e had food poisoning about four times in my life. All I do for about 2-3 days is drink nothing but water and stay in bed not the best way, but it works for me. A very painful and miserable few days.

See a doctor, or perhaps even go to the emergency room. I had a similar problem (though mine included some slight abdominal pain as well) - turned out I had a blockage in my digestive tract, and spent a week in the hospital before they finally got around to operating on me to figure out that scar tissue had wrapped around something in my gut (they cut apart the scar tissue to get me better). It's the kind of thing that might be food poisoning, or might be life threatening like mine was.

You're pregnant.

Or you had a stomach flu. I had one last year and felt pretty much the way you described--a little fatigued, but nothing other than not being able to keep for down for about two days. Just make sure you rehydrate yourself :3

I can relate to that... After I went out for dinner some place I couldn't keep food in... What I did was drinking shakes and I tried to eat something at least.. After a few days it was fine again, just like you. Remember next time to keep drinking and have some shakes at home (:

Good to see you're feeling fine now.
