"Hmm okay..." Etranger immediately dropped down on his knuckles and began to do the 100 push-ups (We call them push-ups here in America) Etranger didn't mind the harsh exercise regime he was used to it from his training alive, but what really needed working was his sense of direction.

*Herja thought silently. She wondered how she would train Etranger's sense of direction without him getting horribly lost again. She sighed softly she wasn't use to such a thing, normally Eonherjar's had a brilliant sense of direction and this worried her a little. *

After Etranger finished a his push up he did a hand stand with his knuckles and pushed himself back up on his feet "ah! All done!" Suddenly a jack rabbit was detected at Etranger eye it seemed to be the first jack rabbit in the beginning... It looked like it was mocking him

*Herja noticed his attention was distracted so she simply smacked him at the back of his head* Pay attention you are training. *Herja then grabbed one of his swords.* I need to train your focus and attention, right now i don't have the equipment I need but I want you to practice your steps and sword swings with one sword. When I am happy with that I will allow you your second sword.

-Eliot was observing their training quietly in a small distance, paying attention to them/

*Herja looked over to Eliot and considered throwing him Etranger's other sword so that he could also get use to weapon combat.* You over there *her voice was still harsh as she spoke even to Eliot* Feel like you can train more? If so here use this you still need to get use to weaponary *She tossed him the sword.*

(don't worry about it my brain can only cope with shorter posts today.)

-Eliot proceeded to catch the sword from the hilt and start spinning it continuing the motion to pass it behind his back, always spinning it, until he brought it forwards again and stopped it at a position where the tip was aiming at Herja. Eliot was not a master, but had learned how to use some weapons as part of his martial art. The way he had used the sword didn't fit the Japanese blade, as his movements, more fluid and quick, needed a flexible Chinese sword. After a moment like this, he tossed the sword back at Herja and did a bow.-

This lowly self will never use a weapon on battle.-he said in a calm and polite tone-

*Herja caught it before walking over to him. She looked coldly into his eyes.* Einherjar do you dare to defy your Valkyrie? I know you won't use one but it doesn't mean you can't learn to be familiar with one. *She pushed the sword to him again and held it there not budging until her took it. She had heard that at times the Einherjar's will not obey orders but with someone like Eliot she had hoped this wouldn't be the case.*

-Eliot looked into her eyes calmly, and then spoke politely-

This lowly self is by no means a master, but he is a bit more adept than "familiar", as his art is not exclusively unarmed. Should you insist that this lowly self should devote training time and effort in something that won't be used in battle, this lowly self shall oblige.

-With that, Eliot took the sword once again.-

Being familiar is not good enough. Your opponents at Ragnarok will be masters you opponents here will be masters. I just want the right outcome without losing my Einherjars. *Herja walked back to Etranger to observe him again before she turned back to Eliot* and anyway this will help focus and sharpen your mind.

-Eliot nodded, not convinced but not finding any use in debating about it, so he took a deep breath to empty his mind and then spread his feet wide, raised the hand that was holding the sword a d started performing a series of wick, sharp and graceful movements that comprised a sword form focused on sudden changes of pace and direction and attacks from unexpected angles, mostly thrusts-

*Herja sighed and doubted that Eliot understood the importance of him doing it, not only was it to help focus and work particular muscles but she had hoped he would be a role model for her youngest Einherjar, Etranger. Standing with them she grabbed her spear and did her own work. ''Lead by example Herja.. Lead by example'' she told herself mentally. If she was going to earn their respect the least she could do was train with them.*

(Sorry, somehow I couldn't access this specific page all this time >_< )

-Eliot had focused on the form he was performing, gradually making his movements faster, and resisting the temptation to look at Herja's moves, no matter how curious he was, because this would spoil his own technique. Yet, the young man could hear the sharp sound of the spear's blade cutting the air, showing great technique.-

*Herja kept her concentration up solely focusing on her own work as she silently cut at the air. After few minutes she paused briefly to see how her two Einherjar's were doing, she noted how Eliot and Etranger were showing great skill, their forms virtually perfect with pretty much each swing, so knowing she did not have to stop and instruct she turned back to her own form.*

(it's ok that happened to me earlier)
