I would like to cancel my subscription immediately. Please do not bill my debit card & is it possible to get a refund for my last billing transaction.

you have to go to your setting if you want to cancel your subscription and they'll still charge you if your account was active for a big portion of the month.

Just go into your settings to cancel. As for a refund, I don't think that you will get one, but feel free to ask support.

You are charged at the beginning of the month and it has no relation to if you use your account or not. When you cancel you won't be charged any further.

I just went ahead and turned off auto renewal for you. You will not be billed again going forward.

Please use the Contact Us link below if you have further questions.

cheza1234 was lucky that a customer support rep was able to respond to the inquiry in the forum so quickly.

As was mentioned in the post from beardfist above, you can cancel your own subscription (will cancel immediately if you have 30 or fewer days left on your current billing cycle), and should contact support directly using Contact Us if you need to do something else related to cancelation or billing.

You should /contact customer support directly for any billing-related issues.

Is there some reason you can't do it yourself?:

Please be aware you can't normally cancel within the first 24-48 hours after you've started a free trial.

Also, don't be surprised if your premium benefits terminate immediately upon cancelling. After all, it is a free trial, and by cancelling, you are indicating you aren't interested in subscribing.

Heard from a regular on the Crunchyroll forums, one that knows his way around the setting, that he couldn't manually cancel. He had to message support in order to cancel his membership; he was fixing his account and such and restructuring his payment plan.

Maybe there's something there. Don't know. Can't tell.

Can confirm something is messed up with subscriptions. I can't cancel, or change subscription type. Sent message to customer support, but based on their past responses to me, I highly doubt they will respond anytime soon.

I changed your membership to be non-recurring. Once it expires you can just resubscribe for whatever plan you want to switch to.
You issue derives from your membership being a legacy subscription via Paypal, for which we have changed the system.

Ah. Ok then. That works for me. I will keep an eye out on it since it's going to expire soon.
