I eat more meat than veggies by far, something that my mom disapproves a lot.. I have thought of becoming a vegetarian in my older days. Not just because of her constant nagging, but also because it seems like a good choice.

My mom's been a vegetarian for a long time, and I've never seen her get sick once. I tend to get sick a lot.. Sure, it has a lot to with the environments I'm in, but I'm positive that my eating habits affect the rate of getting ill for me.

What do you eat more of?

Meat, also being a vegetarian doesn't mean you're eating well. They can eat just as bad if not worse than people that eat meat regularly.

90% plant based diet.

Have been eating this way for decades. Proteins come mainly from eggs, sardines, and whey/milk isolate. I eat very little red meat (maybe twice a year), no chicken or pork and zero processed meat (no bacon, sausage, etc.). Also no dairy (outside the whey/milk isolates) and no grains except brown rice.

Other than that it's all fruits, vegetables, and nuts. Not a vegetarian ... I simply believe meat should be the side dish and not the main course.

Meat is so expensive, but I like pasta, fruits and vegetables better anyway. I'm totally 80% herbivore. Greens are yummy.

Yes, but my mom is a healthy consumer (knows what she's eating), and the Korean food I think makes her pretty much a Super Saiyan in terms of health.

I agree with your point though. I've seen people who say "I'm a vegetarian so I'm more healthy than you", when their eating habits were kind of.. gross and not good.

I eat everything but meat. I don't care if other people eat meat or not though.

Definitely vegetables, since I'm a vegetarian, but I still ate majority vegetables even when I still ate meat.
