Anyone visiting Japan might consider a trip to the Ramen Museum in Yokohama (新横浜ラーメン博物館) where this photo was taken. One can sample various sorts of ramen there. Here in the U.S., my standard purchase for at home consumption is Myojo (明星) brand fresh ramen noodles.
