Why can't I cancel just the auto renewal of Membership?

I don't want it to renew after the current cycle but apparently there is no way to cancel the auto renewal without cancelling the current membership and losing money.

The reason I want to cancel is because I read in the forum that the memberships cannot be cancelled without losing money and I checked and found out it was true indeed. So please I want to get out of this trap for good and make sure it never renews after this cycle.

Can an admin or mod help me?

Contact Customer Support and they can remove the auto renewal.

If by "no help" you mean you haven't received a response, make sure you've got a valid email associated with your account and check your spam folder, since occasionally email will end up there.

Did you by chance create the subscription through one of our apps or create a secondary account on the website?
