Trigun and Seitokai Yakuindomo. Trigun is simply awesome, and Seitokai always makes me crack up.

Revolutionary Girl Utena is too much fun and symbolically engaging to watch just once, or twice, or thrice, or....

Emerging from a coma, I end up watching FLCL eighteen times.

Thirty minutes later, I watch a few choice episodes of The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya.

Then some Baccano!, with an emphasis on the opening song.

Then some The Woman Called Fujiko Mine, cause that stuff is crazy.

And I've been sorta meaning to re-watch Cross Game at some point, but I still need to wrap up Haibane Renmei, Texhnolyze, Kaiba, and (now for something completely different) A Certain Scientific Railgun, so poignant baseball themes will have to wait.

Phantom: requiem for the phantom
Utawarerumono

Outlaw Star
Eden of the East
Elfen Lied
Princess Resurrection (drink whenever the kid dies)
Witchblade
Vampire Hunter D
X (original OVA)
Wicked City
Project A-Ko (all of them -- hilarious)
Last Exile

and a few more

and looking to get:

Another
When They Cry
Gintama
Madoka Box
Monster
Oh! Samurai Girls
Ah! My Goddess

and a few more

Anime is great for several reasons: Characters are very expressive when drawn. Stories are intricate but complete when in a 13/26/52 episode format and most of the shows don't have the chance to go downhill (like X-files when David Duchovny quit or Stargate when they started getting spaceships, etc). You don't notice the actor's ages in long-running shows. You get more violence, more sex, more settings and more stuff in general than physical actors and sets can/are willing to do. The quick production turnaround times draw out interesting authors and allows for more intricate storytelling since one group of authors can't keep up the time tables. It really is great stuff.

Agree on Chihayafuru, even when I know who wins the matches somehow in the moment I forget. The art, music and expressions are great, love hearing the karuta calling, the sound of the cards being swatted away.

Agree on Bodacious Space Pirates, so much fun, great music, fun space battles you can watch over and over, great voice acting.

Agree on Mysterious Girlfriend X, you wouldn't think so but again the voice acting, the artwork, the music, the humor, can watch it again and again.

Agree on "Say 'I love you'" the opening music gets me going every time, reliving the emotional moments of Mei and Yamato, beautiful artwork, great soundtrack...

Anything in the Bakemonogatari franchise, Bakemonogatari, Nisemonogatari, Nekomonotagari, the music and soundtrack, witty banter, fun and colorful characters both as drawn and as portrayed, battles, toothbrushes... they fly by the dialog and words on the screen so fast that you pick up something new every time you see it.

Vividred Operation, just so much fun with the transformations, the battles, the beautiful artwork, the silly push me jokes...

Dusk Maiden of Amnesia, the artwork, music, voice activing, humor, emotions... the same scenes get me every time which makes no sense knowing about them but they are so well done that they get me anyways.

Madoka Magica, the way it is done it is amazing again to relieve all the reveals, all the character introductions and exits, the emotions, the battles, great music and soundtrack, beautiful artwork especially during the fights, just so original!

BTOOOM! the music and fights are just too cool, emotions, artwork, I get into it even though I know the outcomes.

Teekyuu, fast paced short humor every time you watch it you pick up something you missed in the mile a minute dialogue.

Wooser, again a fast paced short, so funny!

Boku no Imouto wa Osaka Okan, love the Osaka dialect humor, wonderful seiyuu (plays Nyarko-san), love her voice, den ga na man ga na! Those ending songs!

Kokoro Connect, again the emotional moments, the music sets the mood so well, the artwork, the humor, OMG, the humor...

Sakurasou no Petto na Kanojo, again the humor, the characters, the music, the emotions, such a whipsaw of humor and sadness. Love the music and the soundtrack.

Kotoura-san, the ultimate whipsaw of emotions from ultimate tragedy to such fun. Amazing soundtrack, such funny ED songs.

And more! I love rewatching anime in case you can't tell...
