I was watching Girl's High a few weeks ago and I encountered a problem where the audio was out of sync with the rest of the video, I thought it was simply that one episode, but the same thing happened with the next one, so I decided to drop it as I wasn't really enjoying it a whole lot. Now I'm watching Koihime Musou and close to the end, the audio went out of sync again. I accidentally rewinded a little bit, but when I resumed the episode, I noticed the audio and video were fine and in sync again.

What gives with this? I'm using the PS3 app, could it be a problem with it? I use the Android app on my Kindle Fire and I haven't had this issue with it.

Thanks!

This happens on the PS3 due to a slow memory leak.
How many episodes are you able to watch before this starts to happen?

The first time it happened, i had watched around...2, maybe 3 episodes.

Yesterday i had watched 4, it happened near the end of the 5th episode.

Got it!
This problem tends to pop up after 3-5 episodes.
You can restart the device to make it stop.
The engineers do have an open ticket to resolve this in an upcoming patch.

I'll give that a shot if it happens again tonight :)

Thanks!

It should be noted that though a restart of the PS3 will "make it stop", the problem will generally arise after a single episode. This is a pretty big deal, especially to the person who is, hopefully, fixing the issue.
