Crunchyroll is charging me monthly for being a premium member yet I haven't been a premium member since december 2012. I sent an e-mail asking them to stop charging my credit card but haven't had a reply for almost two months now. And I can't even get a hold of them by phone. What to do now?

I'm peeved I haven't had one e-mail reply addressing the issue or asking for more information about my problem. I feel this is terrible customer service and I don't know how to get the charges to my credit card cancelled since Crunchy Roll seems to not care about my issue.
